Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Sloan Is Desperate For Money And A Win

Sloan is desperate for money and a win, since Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) has drained her dry-she’s behind on her rent and Eric Brady’s (Greg Rikaart) getting suspicious.

So, even though Stefan has likely paid her a generous retainer, she could be a bit distracted as she’s preparing his defense and getting ready to face the judge.

Plus, she’s up against District Attorney EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel), who, even though he’s Stefan’s brother, they’ve never particularly gotten along-plus, Stefan turned himself in!

How does she defend someone who pled guilty and turned himself into the Salem Police Department?

Sloan must be very distracted, with what all is going on behind the scenes, especially since the DA’s stepdaughter was a victim of the drugs Stefan ran!

DOOL Spoilers – What She Doesn’t Know Can’t Hurt Her

Usually it’s the case that what someone doesn’t know can hurt them, but in Sloan’s case what she doesn’t know can’t hurt her-it likely could even help her case and Stefan.

While they wait on the judge’s ruling, EJ and Stefan privately discuss what’s at stake-it’s like they’re playing a game of chess, a very DiMera thing to do.

Stefan, unbeknownst to even Sloan, has a secret trump card-a recording of his and EJ’s discussion about sending Stefan out of the country under a new identity.

In other words, a little blackmail between brothers, that could ruin EJ’s career should it get out, and Stefan will get it out if EJ doesn’t free him!

After that little discussion and apparently some defense magic behind the scenes, Stefan indeed walks out a free man-Sloan breathes a sigh of relief and EJ pretends to be surprised!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – It Could Have Gone So Wrong

Sloan is relieved when she believes it’s her brilliant defense strategy that allowed her client, Stefan, to walk away from his trial a free man. Stefan had that secret recording to blackmail EJ with all along, but he didn’t reveal that to his attorney!

It could have gone so wrong, trying to mount a defense for a man who turned himself in, and face a DA who is his brother he doesn’t get along with!

But Stefan thanks her, she’s well paid but it’ll barely be enough to break even with her budget after Leo’s large expenditures. He’s already drained her credit accounts to the point she’s starting to get collector calls!
