Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: The Best DOOL Storylines of 2020!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: The Best DOOL Storylines of 2020!Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that we are at the end of another year. During the past 12 months, we have seen a lot of different storylines in Salem. Some were heartwarming, shocking, and amusing. Others we want to forget ever happened. Out of everything we have seen this year, what was the best storyline?

Adrienne Kiriakis’ Death

DOOL spoilers reveal that when Judi Evans announced she was leaving the NBC soap opera, fans were disappointed. However, the decision was made due to Evans having a “normal” job, so she wasn’t able to film full-time. Her character, Adrienne Kiriakis, ended up dying in a car accident. It led to several storyline branches and took some time to play out. However, it was such a well-rounded and fleshed out storyline.

DOOL Spoilers: About That Time Jump

Adrienne died during the missing year, which many fans didn’t like. The one positive about the time jump is that it created the element of surprise. Because we didn’t see exactly what happened during that missing chunk of time, it was more difficult to figure out the truth. We would get a few teaser scenes, but sometimes those tricked us! Even though most viewers gave the time jump a thumbs down, you do have to give them credit for trying something new.

Will Horton’s Freedom

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that one branch of the storyline was Will Horton’s (Chandler Massey) incarceration. Him being in prison wasn’t just about Adrienne’s death. We got to see the mental and emotional distress from believing he killed Adrienne and Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) newborn. It really pulled at the heartstrings. Will was a fan-favorite character and one of the good guys. Despite being a pretty moral character, he sure was put through the wringer over the years. So, we got three victories with Will being part of the story. Him realizing that he didn’t kill anyone, being released from prison and reuniting with Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith).

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Seamless Storyline

One thing about a lot of storylines on the NBC soap is they seem thrown together. You might have a well-crafted main story, but the connecting arcs also need to be done well. Adrienne’s death and all the separate storylines connected seemed to flow nicely. That doesn’t happen a lot with the NBC soap opera, so they obviously took their time. It’s especially impressive considering how many characters and story arcs were connected to the central plot. There are so many reasons why this storyline was chosen as the best of 2020. Do you agree or do you think another story was better?

Can't believe they included the time jump. The only good story days can do is to erase the time jump because the show is trash now along with many of the characters that never where before.
