Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Two Exits From Salem Right As Li Died

There were two other exits from Salem right as Li died, and those exits were a fleeing Megan and Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton).

They were exiting the area in a secret submarine, and Rolf had left Tripp Johnson’s (Lucas Adams) apartment where Li had been living with Tripp and Wendy Shin (Victoria Grace).

Stefan and Gabi DiMera (then Camila Banus) had been out and Gabi returned to find Li with a knife in his back on the floor.

Gabi was horrified and pulled the knife out just as Stefan arrived, he was equally horrified. That act, although meant well, was evidence to police that Gabi had stabbed Li-there was motive, method and means!

Who could have come into the apartment, stabbed Li, and then left so quickly without leaving a trace; another thing to consider is who else would want him dead?

Stefan himself wasn’t broken up over his death, but he didn’t want it pinned on his wife; Kristen suspects Rolf came back in and stabbed him, or perhaps it was Megan!

Stefan and Kristen will continue to follow the trail as they find breadcrumb after breadcrumb leading to a stunning conclusion; Megan’s an old hand at faking body snatching!

Rolf is an old hand at keeping people alive while promoting the narrative that they are dead-Stefan is “living again” proof of that. Eventually, they solve the mystery but they don’t like the way that they solve it.

They now are being “entertained” by Megan and her new soldier, a not-so-dead Li Shin; she desperately needed a replacement for Harris Michaels (Steve Burton)!

But, it solves Stefan’s Gabi problem-if they can get out alive and prove Li is alive, then Gabi’s not a murderer and she can go free!
