DOOL spoilers reveal that after Connie Viniski’s (Julie Dove) failed bomb, Gabi and Stefan had a talk in the hospital. Even though they both still loved each other, they agreed the marriage was over.

Some time later, Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) came to the DiMera mansion. Melinda delivered the divorce papers to Stefan. All Stefan had to do was sign. However, Stefan was already having second thoughts. In fact, Melinda and Stefan bickered when he hesitated to sign the papers.

After Melinda left, Stefan got a drink and contemplated what to do. Stefan decided to throw the divorce papers in the fireplace and go see Gabi.
