Days Of Our Lives Spoilers Wednesday, August 19: Sonny’s Offer Too Tempting to Turn Down – John’s Grim Condition, Sami Keeps Quiet

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, August 19, tease that Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will be unnerved following Philip Kiriakis’ (Jay Kenneth Johnson) sudden return to town. It won’t take Xander long to realize Philip’s after the Titan CEO seat. There’ll be some clashing between Philip and Xander on Wednesday, but Philip will ultimately want to have a little private chat with his father.

Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) hasn’t been on good terms with Philip for a while now, but he’ll hope this could be a new beginning for them. Since Victor’s all about family these days, he’ll wonder if patching things up is what Philip has in mind. Philip will admit that’s true – at least in away. What Philip will really be looking for is the Titan throne, so he’ll suggest that’s the path to trust and peace between them.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Victor Kiriakis Weighs His Options Carefully

Victor will have to mull over this decision and weigh his options carefully. Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) will also have a tough choice to make soon – and it involves leaving Salem. Now that Philip’s back in town, he doesn’t need his old job in whatever city he left behind. If Philip’s ready to vacant another Titan position elsewhere, that position might be offered to Sonny.

Regardless, Sonny will get an offer that’s just too tempting to turn down. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Sonny will want to share the news with Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and make the decision together. However, you can bet Will and Sonny will be on the same page in the end.

Other Days spoilers say Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) will have something to hide. John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will be taken to the hospital after his recent collapse, but Sami may not mention their fight beforehand. That fight obviously isn’t the exact cause of whatever ails John, but it certainly didn’t help matters!

Meanwhile, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will battle some difficult emotions as she gets updates on John’s grim condition. John had a gash on his head after Ciara Weston (Victoria Konefal) and Ben Weston’s (Robert Scott Wilson) nuptials, so there may be some lingering effects from that injury. No matter what the trouble is, John will have plenty of support from his friends and family.
