Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, November 7, 2018 reveals, Sami (Alison Sweeney) will rush to find E.J. (formally James Scott) when he disappears after Susan (Stacy Haiduk) takes an opportunity to take off with him.

Sami Rushes to Find the Missing Patient

Can Sami find E.J. before any permanent damage occurs? E.J. has burns on over 90% of his body and exposure could kill him. Susan doesn’t think about these things, all she is thinking about is Sami keeping her son from her. Susan doesn’t realize she is risking killing her son that just returned from the dead.

Paul and Will Have a Run-In with Susan

Days of Our Lives’ Paul (Christopher Sean) and Will (Chandler Massey) have an encounter with Susan. Will Susan tell them that E.J. is alive? Will Susan have a premonition about Will and Sonny (Freddie Smith) and say something to alert Paul to the situation? Susan could even apologize to Will for keeping him from Sami now that she believes Sami has kept E.J. from her. With Susan Banks, it’s hard to say what she may see in a vision.

Gabi is Furious That Abigail has Out-Maneuvered Her

Days of Our Lives’ Gabi (Camila Banus) thought she had gotten her way and that Abby (Marci Miller) would be committed. Gabi is furious to know that Abby has outsmarted her and married Stefan (Tyler Christopher). Gabi had planned on taking over Abby’s life and raising both of her kids while Abby sits locked up in a mental institution. Now that Abby is married to Stefan, she has taken away the ability for anyone to have her put away and Gabi will come close to losing it trying.

Stefan is Stunned by News About his Family

Days of Our Lives’ Stefan is married to Abby and believes they are going to raise their child together. Gabi has other plans and will reveal to Stefan that the baby belongs to Chad (Billy Flynn) instead. Will Abby figure out the switch as well? Chad is rumored to kidnap Abby and end up delivering the baby himself. Will Chad discover Gabi’s plan and make her pay for lying about this child. What reaction will Stefan have to Gabi’s deception? Abby is likely to go after Gabi when the truth comes out. Will Gabi finally pay for her lies and deception? Perhaps Gabi will be the one who ends up in an institution herself.
