Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Abigail DiMera (Kate Mansi) could be Stefano DiMera’s (Stephen Nichols) next assignment, and he may give his son Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) an assassination order against his own wife in an upcoming episode of Days of Our Lives!!

Stefano DiMera has little patience with the nosy, demanding Abigail, and he considers her a liability. Should she return home to the DiMera mansion now, when he has brainwashed Chad and made him his minion and his assassin, she would be quick to pick up on changes in her husband and also be quick to try to get to the bottom of it, and moreover, Stefano would be her first person of interest!

However, she won’t be in Africa helping her brother JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) get settled forever – she will return home soon – and when she does, Stefano will want to eliminate problems before they begin, and that may mean eliminating Abigail, who most definitely will make herself a problem!

DOOL Spoilers – Stefano DiMera Issues A Subliminal Order To Chad DiMera To Kill Abigail DiMera

As Days of Our Lives viewers will recall, Chad has been dosed for over a week with an obviously mind-altering drug for the purposes of brainwashing. Stefano accomplished that by spiking Chad’s drinks with the substance. Along with that, Chad is instructed to put on the Phoenix ring, and the phrase “La Famiglia” is used as a trigger.

The ring appears to be part of the brainwashing and the command delivery as well – and Stefano will issue a subliminal assassination order – that Chad perceives as a voice, his father’s voice – and Chad will be instructed to kill Abigail! Chad, in essence, will be forced to choose between Stefano, his father, and Abigail, his wife!

Chad and Abigail’s children could be included in that forced-choice as well since Stefano doesn’t want his assassin to be bothered with the duties of a single father!

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Will Chad DiMera’s Subconscious Mind Fight Against The Subliminal Order To Kill His Wife?

The question is, will Chad’s subconscious mind fight against the subliminal order from Stefano to kill Abigail, whom he loves? Chad wouldn’t have had much of a problem having killed Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) even in his right mind, if he thought he could get away with it, or possibly even Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) – but Abigail, his wife, and the mother of his children?

That may be a little more difficult for Stefano to accomplish through Chad. Remember, he hasn’t had Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) put a control chip in Chad’s brain, as he has others, such as Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) to turn her into Princess Gina, or even himself, Stefano in Steve Johnson’s (Stephen Nichols) body! Will Chad’s love for his wife be strong enough for his mind to override that command, or will he obey his father without question, as Stefano demands that he do?
