As viewers will recall, Stefan DIMera was shot in the neck and nearly bled out because the carotid artery was damaged by a bullet from Detective Lani Price’s (Sal Stowers) gun. She had been pointing it at Vivian Alamain, (Robin Strasser) Stefan’s mother, who was on the run from the law for the attempted murder of Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow) who indeed would have died had it not been for Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (William Utay) intervention with a serum shot.

DOOL Spoilers – Kristen DiMera Had Been Trying To Take DiMera Enterprises Out From Under Stefan DiMera

A few months ago, before Kristen was exposed as herself and not Nicole Walker (Adrienne Zucker) her plan had been to infiltrate DiMera Enterprises and take it out from under Stefan and take it over as she felt that she, not him, was the rightful DiMera to run it.

She had considered Stefan a “bastard” but in truth, he was much more a DiMera than she is, since she was only adopted by Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo) as a child; she has no DiMera blood running through her veins whatsoever – yet she felt that she was the New Phoenix, the one who would take over Stefano’s legacy! That was why she talked Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) into marrying her – because she couldn’t pass as a DiMera without marrying one, having been impersonating Nicole at the time.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – DiMera Enterprises May Be Ripe For The Picking

DiMera Enterprises may be ripe for the picking, with Kate DiMera still recovering from her near death experience in Salem University Hospital, and Gabi DiMera, (Camila Banus) Stefan’s bride, being preoccupied with Stefan’s condition, currently brain dead and with no hope of survival.

However, other Days of Our Lives spoilers for later indicate that Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) will be asked to take over, although he will ultimately turn down the job because of conflict between it and Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley). Kristen may not decide that now is the right time to try and take over because she is too involved in trying to get Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) to do right by her and marry her since she is pregnant with his child.

DOOL Spoilers – Kristen DiMera’s Reaction To Her Brother’s Condition

If Kristen wants to be thought of favorably by Brady, and she wants him to think she has changed or is more of the kinder and gentler Kristen she was when the two were romantically involved in the past, she had better show some concern for her brother! An appropriate response that would impress Brady would be for her to weep – but not overdo it or he’ll see through it – express shock, perhaps even reach out to Gabi to try and lend her a little support – trying to convince Rolf to try harder to heal Stefan and bring life back into him, after he told Gabi there was nothing he could do, for instance. But at this point, if Rolf truly cannot do anything for Stefan, then she should grieve!
