Now with the news of Julie’s impending death, Hope may turn to Rafe during this dark time.

DOOL Spoilers – Time Apart

Hope and Rafe haven’t been in each others orbits that often since their breakup. Hope was investigating Ted’s murder and all the Kristin (Stacey Haiduk) drama. Meanwhile, Rafe has been taking care of baby David along with his daily police work. He did have a one night stand with old flame Carrie Brady (Christie Clark) but she has left Salem once again. When Rafe hears about Julie’s condition, he will most likely rush to Hope’s side.

Rafe and Hope’s marriage ended almost as quickly as it started but the two of them had very deep feelings for each other for a very long time. It’s very likely that Rafe will reach out to Hope. Hope will likely be spending all her time at the hospital. If Rafe convinces her to get a meal away from the hospital it will do her a lot of good. Hope won’t be of any use to Julie if she doesn’t take care of herself.

DOOL Spoilers – A Reconciliation?

Julie more than likely will end up recovering after receiving a new heart from a surprising source. The Horton family will be relieved and grateful and Hope especially, should be thankful Rafe was there when she and her family needed him the most. Could their love be reignited? They had a lot of problems with communication and honestly in their marriage, but could they possibly put all of that aside and start over? Of course, even if they do reconnect, that may not mean a full on reconciliation. After all, Rafe and Hope’s attraction to one another has never been an issue.
