Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Will Kate Disown Lucas for Pulling the Plug?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that fallout from all the medical crises will cause a lot drama once all is said and done. Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) has had her hands full with both Julie (Susan Seathford Hayes) and Kate (Lauren Koslow) both at death’s door. Julie desperately needs a new heart and Kate is on life support and currently shows no sign of being able to survive without machines. Kate’s son, Lucas (Brian Datillo) doesn’t want to give up on Kate, but also wants to help Julie if he can.

Lucas has said that Kate wouldn’t want to be kept alive by machines, so he has inquired about offering Kate’s heart once the plug is pulled. Kayla ran the necessary tests to make sure Kate is a match. Once the tests come back, it will turn out Kate’s heart can go to Julie. After a lot of thinking, and checking in with his brothers and sisters, Lucas will go ahead give the procedure his approval. But then, according to Days of Our Lives spoilers, something completely unexpected will happen!

DOOL Spoilers – Kate Roberts breathes on her own!

Once the machines are turned off, Kate will begin breathing again on her own! And before long she will wake up and brought up to speed. While she may just be grateful to be alive, there is also a good chance she will be angry about Kayla and Lucas giving up on her when it appears all she needed was time to heal. The very fact that she is still alive will be her argument that the decision was made hastily and possibly, negligently, She might even angrily accuse them of wanting to save Julie at her expense!

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Did Dr. Rolf save Kate Roberts

It’s quite likely that the real reason Kate will survive is thanks to Dr. Rolf’s (William Utay) serum! Rolf would have to administer it in secret as the certainly not approved by the FDA. Kate won’t know this, in all likelihood until and will be operating out of the assumption she survived on her own which is why she will be quite angry, at least in the beginning!

DOOL Spoilers – Kayla Brady and Lucas Horton feel Kate Robert’s wrath!

Next, she will likely take her anger out on Kayla. She is on the board at the hospital and could threaten Kayla’s job or to sue for malpractice! And as for Lucas, she won’t want anything to do with her son. Lucas was only trying to do what was best and will be devastated. Hopefully cooler heads will prevail before Lucas leaves town again.
