Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Xander Cook Kills Dirty Doc Clay Snyder In Defense Of Gwen Rizchech

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that dirty Dr. Clay Snyder (Michael Lowry) will meet his ignominious end this week on Days of Our Lives as someone at times considered just as ignominious kills him in defense of Gwen Rizchech (Emily O’Brien) – namely, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer)!

Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that Xander had previously discovered Gwen’s large bag of opioid pills she was supposed to deliver for Snyder. After much verbal wrangling, Xander finally got her to admit that Snyder had blackmailed her into delivering drugs for him which he no doubt was pilfering from the pharmacy at Salem University Hospital. Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) had asked Xander and Gwen to try and get along after witnessing them squabbling, and Xander wanted to make that right.

Days of Our Lives viewers will recall also that after Gwen told him about the blackmail, he had made an appointment with Snyder himself – to give him a warning! Xander really doesn’t want to go back to being a mercenary, but he had made his “resume” quite clear to Snyder, hoping to scare him into finding another drug mule – but it obviously didn’t work. He comes upon Snyder harassing Gwen right there in the living room of the Horton House, and he’s livid! He grabs him by the throat, meaning again to show him he means business, but Xander’s a little out of practice with his fake strangling tactic, and winds up actually strangling the dirty doc to death right there in the living room! Xander’s definitely put a stop to Gwen’s problem but now they are faced with another! They talk about what to do now!

DOOL Spoilers – Whatever They Do With The Body, They Must Do It Quickly!

Days of Our Lives viewers know that probably not too many in Salem would grieve the loss of the dirty doc – Xander certainly won’t! Gwen won’t either for that matter, but whatever they do with the body, they must do it quickly! Jack could come in at any minute, and so could either Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) or Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) and that would mean real trouble! Julie wouldn’t waste a minute calling the cops on both Gwen and Xander! For Xander, it is certainly inconvenient that the man died when all he was trying to do was scare him.

That gave a whole new meaning to “scaring him to death”, didn’t it?! Xander and Gwen try to figure out what to do in a mad scramble, considering that a strangulation isn’t something they can disguise as something else, a fall for instance, as Gwen may or may not have done with Laura Horton (Jaime Lyn Bauer)! And what they fear comes upon them – there are both Jack AND Julie heading into the room! Julie spots Snyder and Xander and Gwen convince her he’s one of Xander’s drinking buddies who’s had a little too much! They get him covered up with a blanket where he is on the floor, and sit down to watch television while using him as a footstool – that keeps Jack from seeing him! Xander and Gwen ironically bond closely over this having to hide and dispose of a corpse!
