Days of Our Lives Weekly Spoilers October 28 to November 1: Lani’s Doomed Wedding, Gabi Stands Her Ground – Dump Eli or Julie’s Heart Goes Kaboom

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the week of October 28-November 1 tease that a beautiful wedding is coming up. Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) will be convinced that this day’s going to be absolutely perfect – and for a while, it will be. Lani Price (Sal Stowers) will enthusiastically greet her mom, Tamara Price (Marilyn McCoo), who hasn’t been seen on Days of Our Lives since 1987.

McCoo is married to Billy Davis, Jr. in real life, so Days created a fun role for him, too. They’re pulling out all the stops when it comes to the “Elani” nuptials and there’s a good reason why. Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) has the power to destroy everything with the push of a button. She controls Julie Williams’ (Susan Seaforth Hayes) pacemaker and is demanding that Lani dump Eli at the altar.

Gabi did a quick demonstration to prove her scheme on Friday, October 25. Julie’s heart rate indeed picked up after Gabi claimed to use the app. However, Lani will be left with doubts – or perhaps she’ll just be in denial. Controlling someone’s pacemaker from an app is pretty wild stuff though, so who could blame Lani for wanting confirmation?

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Lani will approach Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) with questions. She’ll have to be sneaky about how she asks them or else she could stir up suspicions. Lani will likely express concern about Julie’s pacemaker and grill Sarah about how it really works. She’ll be eager to find out if Gabi’s plot is truly possible.

Again, Gabi’s demonstration should’ve made that clear, but Lani probably just won’t want to believe it. She’s ready for her happily ever after with Eli, but Gabi’s ruining everything. In fact, Gabi will even spoil Lani and Sarah’s conversation. She’ll waltz over and make sure Lani knows this is serious business.

Later, Gabi will reiterate that Julie’s fate is in Lani’s hands. She can either break Eli’s heart or break Julie’s – the choice is Lani’s to make. DOOL’s weekly promo shows Gabi threatening to blow Julie’s heart into smithereens. “KABOOM!”

Lani will know Gabi’s absolutely capable of doing something so terrible. She’ll be forced to make a devastating decision by the end of all this, so it seems Eli’s indeed getting ditched.
