Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that the week of Monday, September 30 through Friday, October 4 will be another exciting week for Days of Our Lives fans, with drama and confrontations among the Salemites!

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Weekly Preview

The Days of Our Lives weekly preview is all about matters of life and death, and starts with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) walking in on Nicole Walker (Adrienne Zucker) confronting Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) about her unplanned pregnancy; Eric overhears their conversation and shouts, “Sarah, you’re pregnant?” That is not the only baby news in Salem as Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) announces to Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) that she’s pregnant with his baby; his response is he doesn’t want to have a baby with her, and she slaps him violently across the face!

At Salem University Hospital, a gravely ill Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) passes out while sitting in a wheelchair, while a weeping Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) looks on, and Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) fears that it’s too late and that Julie’s already gone, while Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) cries and hugs his neck. She’s not gone yet but death is rapidly approaching as she is out of options unless a new donor heart comes available by offering, Julie being too old for the transplant list.

Elsewhere, Vivian Alamain (Robin Strasser) tries to leave Salem when she is spotted by Detective Lani Price (Sal Stowers) who trains her gun on her! Unfortunately, Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) tries to get between the two women as Lani squeezes the trigger and he is shot!

DOOL Spoilers – Lucas Horton Comes Under Fire – Jack Deveraux And Jennifer Horton Share A Heartfelt Reunion With JJ Deveraux

Monday, Lucas Horton (Bryan Datillo) comes under fire for his decision to donate his mother Kate DiMera’s (Lauren Koslow) heart to Julie, when apparently Kate was not in such dire straits as was previously thought; and it might be Kate herself that goes off on him if she finds out what he was going to do! At this point no one but Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) knows that he gave her a resurrection shot!

Elsewhere, Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) share a heartfelt reunion with their son, JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) who will find out that his dad now remembers everything, and without an assist from Rolf and his serums! Also on Monday, Doug and Hope break the bad news to Julie that Kate came out of her coma, although it may be tempered with good news that Jennifer is okay. Spoilers don’t say that Jennifer visits Julie or tells her Jack got his memories back, but undoubtedly someone will tell her that good news — she can use all the good news she can get! Over at the DiMera mansion, Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) will help Vivian escape!

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Kate DiMera Receives A Second Visit From Dr. Wilhelm Rolf – Xander Kiriakis Delivers Divorce Papers To Nicole Walker

Tuesday, in her room at Salem University Hospital, Kate receives a second visit from Rolf, but this time she’s alive and awake! Perhaps he will drop by to see how she is and tell her he saved her life! Elsewhere, Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) delivers divorce papers to Nicole, which will make her and Eric happy. Also on Tuesday, Kristen informs Brady she’s pregnant with his child, which as the preview shows, he won’t be happy about; Vivian will seek shelter from an old ally; and Stefan will thank Gabi for supporting him.

DOOL Spoilers – Vivian Alamain Pulls A Gun On Kristen DiMera – Ciara Brady Says Goodbye To Julie Williams

Wednesday, at the Kiriakis mansion, Vivian will encounter Kristen and pull a gun on her when she doesn’t comply with Vivian’s request! At Salem University Hospital, Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) says goodbye to her Grandma Julie. Also on Wednesday, Julie makes a dying request to Doug, and Nicole asks Sarah if she’s pregnant.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Ciara Brady And Ben Weston Tell Detective Lani Price that Jordan Ridgeway Tried To Run Over Ciara – Brady Black Tells Dr. Marlena Evans About The Baby

Thursday, Ciara and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) tell Lani that Ben’s sister, Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Hartley) tried to run over Ciara! Viewers will recall that in a recent DOOL episode, Jordan made a promise to her baby, David Ridgeway (Dexter and Jaxton Ellis) that she would kill anyone who tried to come between them! Elsewhere, Brady tells his stepmother, Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) about the baby he and Kristen are having together. Also on Thursday, Vivian tries to leave Salem and Lani makes a horrible mistake; as shown in the DOOL Weekly Preview, she shoots Stefan instead of Vivian!

DOOL Spoilers – Jack Deveraux Informs Eve Donovan He Got His Memory Back – Abe Carver Comforts A Rattled Lani Price

Friday, Jack informs his ex-wife Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) that he got his memory back, while Abe Carver (James Reynolds) comforts his rattled daughter, Lani! This may be the first time she has shot a suspect and it being the wrong one doesn’t help! Also on Friday, Gabi will receive horrific news about Stefan, Julie passes out after she and Doug reminisce about their life together and he grants her dying wish.
