‘DOOL’ Early Week Spoilers May 5-9: Sophia’s Birthday, Gabi’s Spy Team, Rita’s Secret

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of May 5, 2025, are here! Fans can expect Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) to celebrate her birthday. Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) recruits two spies.

Rita Lesley’s Secret Mission

During the week of May 5, EJ will continue to fear that Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) is the real shooter. EJ will want to know for certain, which prompts him to put Rita on another secret mission.

EJ might become convinced that Johnny is guilty. Even though Johnny wants nothing to do with his father, EJ could still take steps to protect him. EJ would even go as far as to claim to suddenly remember someone else shooting him.

Cat Greene’s Date

It’s also possible that EJ’s orders to Rita are for his date with Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord). EJ isn’t interested in Cat, but he knows Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) is. So, maybe EJ arranges a romantic dinner date, only to step out and have Chad take over.

Sophia Choi’s Birthday

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the next week tease that Sophia’s birthday is coming up. That means she will be legally an adult and can make a lot of her own decisions. I have a feeling that Chanel Dupree-DiMera (Raven Bowens) might suggest adopting the baby herself, without Johnny.

Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) would never allow that. However, with no other options and med school approaching, Sophia’s birthday could come with some surprising adoption twists.

Week of May 5, 2025

Over with Belle Black (Martha Madison), she could ignore her mother’s advice and follow her heart anyway. Belle knows EJ has done terrible things, but the heart wants what it wants.

Gabi will have to deal with two spies. These spies just might happen to be Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk). Leo is on a mission to find out who really shot EJ as he doesn’t think it was Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun).

Gabi already busted Leo going through her purse. Could there be something incriminating that Leo finds?

There is also the issue of Susan having a bad feeling. It’s centered on Johnny, but Susan’s visions tend to get all mixed up, so Gabi might have to deal with her as well.

Also, it seems that Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) embark on a mission to save Bo Brady (Peter Reckell).
