‘DOOL’ Spoilers Weekly Update April 20-24: Lani Returns, Chad’s Homecoming, Stephanie’s Gun

Days of Our Lives spoilers are in for the week of April 20, 2026. Expect Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) to act fast. The new Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd) debuts.

Plus, Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) revisit a medical mystery. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the Peacock soap opera.

Johnny DiMera Acts

Let’s start off with Johnny, who has been concerned about Chanel Dupree DiMera’s (Raven Bowens) health. When they were about to get intimate, Johnny thought he felt a lump.

Chanel couldn’t deny something was there, but brushed it off. Johnny isn’t letting it go that easily, though. 

Expect Chanel to open up to Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers) about Johnny’s fears. It’s ruining what should be an amazing time for Chanel. Midweek, expect Johnny to act when it comes to Chanel’s health. 

New Chad DiMera Debuts

Chad DiMera (formerly played by Billy Flynn) left Salem with the kids to clear their heads. While Flynn went to play Cane Ashby on The Young and the Restless, Chad will return to Salem with a new face

. If that face looks familiar, it’s because Conner Floyd previously played Chance Chancellor on Y&R.

In the beginning of the week, Chad and Cat have an awkward reunion. Midweek, Chad will also have some questions for Gwen Rizczech von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien).

Relationships & Marriages

Days of Our Lives spoilers for the week of April 20 reveal that Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) will lean on Jeremy Horton (Michael Roark).

While this will be unsettling for Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson), there is a positive side. Later in the week, Alex and Stephanie get closer again.

As for Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier), he enjoys some romance with Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez). 

Elsewhere, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) stalks Javi Hernandez’s (Al Calderon) other man online. Then, Leo tries to make plans with Javi. However, Javi might not want to lead his former flame on.

What Else to Expect

As for what else to expect, Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) opens up to Gabi. Rafe and Cat revisit a DiMera medical mystery. Meanwhile, Theo hopes that Lexie Carver (Nikki Crawford) wakes up. 

Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) reconnects with Lani. However, Kristen’s scheme with Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) could interfere with that friendship.

Also, Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow) lies to Roman Brady (Josh Taylor). Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) walks Stephanie through gun safety. Plus, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) is outraged!
