DOOL spoilers reveal that Orpheus has hired a fancy lawyer for Evan. The supervillain intends to get his son off the hook for killing Jordan Ridgeway (formerly Chrishell Stause). Orpheus is currently being held at a federal detention center for questioning. However, he has still managed to take care of his son, who remains in Salem. Daddy Orpheus is fixing things for Evan, just like he always has.
DOOL Spoilers: Zoey Has Shocking News
It seems that Zoey gets to work on defending Evan right away. The confession is already being thrown out. It is inadmissible due to it being coerced by Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal). So, does the prosecution have any actual tangible evidence? Or is it all circumstantial? That might be the shocking news that Rafe hears, and it could result in Evan being able to walk away.

Remember, Evan is the child’s biological father. Most of the time, courts tend to favor the biological family members unless there is solid evidence that they would be better off without them. It seems that Rafe might be facing an uphill battle.

Even though Salem — and fans — know that Evan is unstable and is a killer, how can that be proven to a judge? That will be Rafe’s dilemma. In fact, it is confirmed that Rafe will go up against Orpheus and it has to do with David Ridgeway’s (Caleb and Kyler Ends) future. He should get Ciara to testify to what he was like as a stepfather in family court, and maybe Sami – as to how good a stepfather he was to her kids when they were together. SHe’s supposed to come back but not sure if already filmed or not.

And now enter Zoe, Orpheus’s daughter and Evan’s sister, who is a lawyer, well, well, well, guess she is going to win custody and bye-bye Rafe… more pathetic writing !!!
