Ashland Locke (Richard Burgi) will be surprised when this happens as he thought the situation with Jesse Gaines (Jamison Jones) was private. Victor was deeply moved by Ashland’s childhood story, so he won’t want anyone causing trouble for his future son-in-law. However, Victor might not have all the facts.

It is teased that on Friday, Billy could make Jamison an offer in order to get all the dirt on Ashland. While Jamison might be tempted by the generous financial offer, could money not be his only motivation? On the other hand, if all Jamison cares about is money, then he could go with the highest bidder or could even attempt a triple-cross by taking money from Ashland, Billy and Victor. That would be a very dangerous game, though. Plus, everyone knows that blackmailers rarely stay gone forever.

The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday reveal that Victoria will become suspicious of Phyllis. As fans recall, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) opened up to Phyllis about being conflicted about Ashland. Phyllis is convinced that Ashland is hiding more than he claims and offered her help. Phyllis thinks she knows how to get to the truth, but she might need some information in order to do that.

This could lead Phyllis to ask Victoria some questions, but there is already bad blood between them. So, Phyllis will have to come up with a clever cover to convince Victoria that she’s just curious.

As we previously reported, Ashland’s real name is Bobby Defranco, who allegedly died in a car accident decades earlier. However, is Ashland really Bobby and if so, who is in the grave? Or could this just be one way of leading people in the wrong direction? If Ashland was desperate enough to erase his entire past, then surely he took more precautions than this.
