General Hospital spoilers imply that Detective Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) is hot on the trail where Brennan’s case is concerned.

While the WSB chief was thought to have disappeared, during the week of November 2, his body was found by the PCPD, and now the investigation has turned into a murder case.
Jack found Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) poking around the nature preserve, in front of Brennan’s grave.
Outback had brought Brennan’s finger to them at the Quartermaine mansion, with Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) present, and the duo went to look into the matter.
Unfortunately, it was a situation of bad place/bad time because, as they found Brennan’s dead hand poking above the grass, Joe came out of the bushes and knocked his case wide open.
As Carly and Valentin found themselves caught up in the investigation, the situation quickly became more complicated.

Of course, the police discovered Charlotte’s “C” bracelet on Brennan after his body was exhumed.
Joe showed Carly a photo of the bracelet during the Tuesday, November 3 episode, asking if she had ever seen it, and Carly stated she hadn’t.
Carly instantly had a flashback to when she gave Charlotte the gold bracelet as Valentin watched on.
As Brennan had given Carly the bracelet, and she broke up with him, Carly felt like it was best to give it to the young girl, but now this might end up biting her in the butt.
The PCPD was able to find a social media post of Carly once wearing the “C” bracelet.
The fact that she denied this is very incriminating, so what will Carly do now?
As Carly’s bracelet lie becomes a bigger problem, the police may have even more questions about her involvement in Brennan’s death.
As for Charlotte, while she is in boarding school, fans will continue to see Bluesy now and again.
During her exit, General Hospital producer Frank Valentini was quoted in SOD saying, “Bluesy is still a part of the General Hospital family, and we worked it out so that she will come back on her holidays and school breaks.”

I’m happy to see Bluesy Burke back as Charlotte, especially with this bracelet becoming such an important part of the Brennan investigation!
Carly may have thought she was protecting Charlotte, but denying that she recognized the bracelet certainly hasn’t helped her situation.
Now I’m wondering just how much trouble this little piece of jewelry is going to cause before the truth finally comes out!
