General Hospital Alum Ryan Carnes Lands New Role

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Ryan Carnes, who used to play Lucas Jones, on the daytime soap has landed a role in a new Christmas movie titled Cupid for Christmas.

The actor takes on the role of Charlie in the movie, which also stars Richard King as Cupid and Melanie Stone as his protégé, Ruby. The latter wants to prove that she should be the next successor of her boss. But she keeps on messing things up.

One day, she’s been tasked to find Charlie a partner before midnight on Christmas Eve. If she succeeds, she’ll become the next cupid but if not, she’ll lose her wings forever.

Other cast members include Natasha Behnam, Siri Miller, and Cocoa Brown. The movie is directed by Blayne Weaver and the script is written by Patricia Harrington. The movie is now available for streaming on Hulu since November 21, 2021.
