The actress, who is best known for her role as Diane Miller on the hit ABC soap, took to her social media to let the world know that yes, her hair is real!
Because for some reason or another, there was a rumor suggesting that Diane was wearing a wig on the canvas. Can you believe it? We couldn’t make this stuff up if we tried.
The talented actress shared a video of herself on Facebook and even captioned it with, “So it was brought to my attention that on Reddit, people think that I have been wearing a wig on General Hospital as Diane Miller. Well, I am here to settle the debate once and for all. This hair is all natural and all me!”
Of course, GH fans certainly did have a lot to say about the matter online. Some even commented with, “Carolyn Hennessy, you could have short hair, growing out hair, no hair or chin hair and would still be the classiest, most lovely person.”
General Hospital News: What’s Next For Diane MIller?
Another General Hospital fan wrote, “Love your hair!!!! And if they do a movie about Ozzy Osbourne’s life YOU should be asked to play Sharon!!!!!”
And then there was this comment as well: “As a red head I understand! Most redheads have great hair, thick and sometimes course, beautiful, even as we age. I have been asked if I have a wig on. At 76 I have twice as much hair as many younger people. Enjoy!”

Even if CH was wearing a wig so what?? Many every day women wear wigs, and hairpieces, etc. so why the big deal regarding professional actress doing so. It gets me that viewers worry so much about an actor’s hair, weight, clothing, persona life, etc. Don’t think they would like it if some scrutinizes them in that way. Just because one is an actor or other type entertainer doesn’t mean you have to unfold all of private life to the fans. Just my opinion.
