General Hospital Comings and Goings: Is Anna Devane's Evil Twin Alex Coming Back?Is actress Finola Hughes about to pull double duty on General Hospital again? That’s what a lot of fans are asking as there is new speculation that Anna’s twin sister Alex might be reappearing in future episodes.

In fact, General Hospital spoilers tease that Anna might be returning soon and that she will be bringing some major drama along with her, too. Here’s what you need to know.

The last time General Hospital fans saw Alex in action was back in 2017. She kidnapped her sister Anna and impersonated her in order to track down the chimera, which she had stolen from Valentine while working for the DVX.

Fans soon found out that Alex was the one who seduced and betrayed Valentin in the past and she did this while impersonating her sister, of course! Clearly, Alex believes that she can get away with anything as long as she pretends to be her sister. That sure sounds like another evil twin that has been causing chaos in Port Charles lately – serial killer Ryan, who has been pretending to be his brother, Kevin!

And now it seems as though Alex might be back, especially after Anna recognized her sister in a photo recently. There’s a strong possibility that Alex might be behind another DVX machination that might have blinded her sister Anna. Of course, if there is one person who will help solve the case, it’s Tristan Rogers, who is expected back in Port Charles in the coming weeks.

So far General Hospital producers have made no comments about whether or not we will see Alex pop up, although fans know that anything can happen at any time. General Hospital airs weekdays on the ABC network.
