General Hospital: Cyrus Renault Springs Out Of Prison, Takes Aim To Terrorize Port Charles

GH spoilers (GH) spoilers suggest that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) could get an early jail release. How could this happen? Anything is possible in the land of soaps! With Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) hoping to skip town soon, Port Chuckles will need a villain that the heroes and heroines can battle. Will Cyrus once again take the top spot as public enemy #1?

General Hospital Spoilers -Victor Cassadine Leaves, Cyrus Renault Easily Slips Into The Town’s “Top Villain” Role

GH spoilers hint that Victor could slip out of town, very soon. After all, with all the chaos slowly building around his storyline, he’ll likely go out with a bang. While the writers could work on creating a new evil that terrorizes the residents of Port Charles, it’s so much simpler to bring back a past threat.

Plus, Cyrus still has a number of enemies on the “outside”, which would make his transition back into the “real world” an easy one.

Fans can’t forget the fact that Renault was responsible for the explosion at the Floating Rib; the same one that placed Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) in a coma. Could Lulu awaken and come back, only to blast Renault for all the time she’s missed with family and her kids? It would make an interesting storyline and intriguing moment for the soap and its fans.

Then again, Cyrus could return with a new outlook. After all, he has found God in prison and even recently offered to help Laura Collins (Genie Francis) bring Victor down. Not to mention how he “assisted” Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) while he was in the slammer.

The cool thing about Renault possibly returning is that he could have every intention of turning a new leaf. It would be captivating to see how the residents of Port Charles would react to his so-called “new attitude”, and the lengths he would go to prove himself.

      I would love to see Cyrus become good & stay good.. Laure needs more family, so two big brothers is great news.. Let them have a happy family.. I mean Lucky isn;t coming back nor is Lulu..

      I want cryus to get out of prison to turn a new leaf being a good guy and that he helps getting Victor taken care of especially when he figures out Victor has kidnapped Spencer and Ace. Then to find out Helena never died faked her death and hypnotizes nick as she brings him back and it take the rest of the year to take down all the cassidines with Cyrus and sonny dex Laura Luke helping cause he never died take almost all Port Charles to take them down. Meanwhile the person after sonny is a new bad guy or could be Selena woo. It gradually happens cause they want sonny to see it coming at the end him seeing who it is and after cassidines are taken care of they come after him even harder that’s your new bad guy /girl. Could be an old for or new one or someone he never expected but that to go on for awhile till sonny finally takes them down like always. Would be great if Jason came back but dex will be fine if not I could see Dante leaving his job and working with sonny but have a job everyone thinks is legit but no one knows he’s working with sonny and don’t find out. That’s what I wanna see happen for rest of this year. No fan would see any of this coming .

      I’m in Tennessee and watch GH on channel 2.Think they need to change its time slot , because they keep pre empting it and don’t have another time for us to watch missed episodes.Have missed several this last few weeks.Please have time slot here changed ! In Ohio it was 3-4 .My kids were able to get home from school to watch with me

      There is an obscure side to Cyrus that we love. It would be great to see him come back a changed man of good character and be there for Laura and her family! And with his past nefarious connections, he could possibly be a big help to Sonny too and assist in keeping him on the straight and narrow.

      I really don’t care about Cyrus. I definitely want Hele a to stay dead. If you are doing to kill off Willow do it already( do not want her to die). So sick of Gladys and why are you making Sasha look stupid? I would have to see someone other then Diane ??? sing at nurses Ball I never even heard of her?
