General Hospital: Drew Is Jason’s Identical Twin, Pre-October 2014 Pictures Will Be Steve’s Face

General Hospital fans have been arguing since Shiloh (Cody Ryan McLaughlin) appeared in Port Charles as Hank (Cody Ryan McLaughlin) searching for Drew (Billy Miller). Hank shows Drew a picture of Drew and himself in Afghanistan while Drew was a Navy Seal and it was Jason’s (Steve Burton) face; fans argue it was Jason instead.

Jason And Drew Were Born Identical On GH

Although Betsy (Deborah Strang) took Drew at birth, he and Jason were born identical twins. Jason grew up in Port Charles, and everyone has known his face from the start. Drew was introduced in 2014 with Jason’s face at the time although it wasn’t on screen.

Ava (Maura West) hit Drew requiring reconstructive surgery, and the doctors said he family wouldn’t even recognize him. His face is obviously different since two different actors are playing the roles. However, they did not look different before Drew’s accident.

General Hospital Spoilers – FlashBacks Of Drew Have To Be Steve

Any flashback of General Hospital’s Drew or pictures, such as his Navy Seal file photo has to have Steve’s face because Jason’s face did not change. Drew looked like Jason while he was in the seals, while he was with Kim (Tamara Braun) and when he knew Hank/Shiloh.

Why else would Kim mistake Jason for Drew? How would they explain Drew having Billy Miller’s face before surgery? None of this story would make sense without Drew looking like Jason.

Shiloh/Hank Was Looking For Drew

Even Hank thought that General Hospital’s Jason was Drew when they first met because of the face. He didn’t come to town looking for someone with Billy’s face; he came to town looking for Jason’s twin who looked like Jason. Fans seem to get confused on this point a great deal, and it doesn’t make sense.

Why is it so hard to get this point across. It’s like the fan wars have to come into play and everyone wants to argue that Jason was involved with Hank. We knew Jason’s location all of this time, Jason was never in the military, he would never have been allowed because of his brain injury years ago. Jason wanted to be a doctor, not a Navy Seal.

Shiloh/Hank Could Be Linda Black

General Hospital Spoilers indicate that at least four storylines could be tied together, so Shiloh or someone in his cult could be the one messaging Sam (Kelly Monaco). We already know that he is tied to Drew somehow although we probably don’t have the whole story yet. However, it is clear that this guy doesn’t know Jason in any way, shape or form. The pictures are not Jason Morgan, but presurgery Drew Cain.
