General Hospital (GH) Spoilers & Rumors: Peter August And Cyrus Renault Team Up?

General Hospital: Peter August (Wes Ramsey) General Hospital (GH) spoilers and rumors tease that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) and Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) could make quite the villainous tag team! Will they team up for a mutually beneficial relationship in upcoming episodes of General Hospital?

General Hospital Spoilers – A Partnership With Peter August Would Benefit Cyrus Renault Much More Than His Previous “Partnership” With Julian Jerome

General Hospital viewers will recall that Cyrus tried previously to establish a business relationship with Julian Jerome (William DeVry). Julian refused several times, and wouldn’t sell him his bar, Charlie’s Pub so he could use it for a front for running drugs. Julian was blackmailed and forced to plant a bomb in The Floating Rib, which he was told would not go off when there were people in there – it was only supposed to kill Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

But when Julian used the burner phone Cyrus gave him to contact him on General Hospital, it turned out to be the trigger for the bomb! Jason and Danny Morgan (Porter Fasullo) were long gone from the venue by the time it blew up, which Cyrus considered a failure on Julian’s part!

Cyrus also did Julian some unwanted favors – such as having one of his henchmen on the inside of Pentonville Prison stab Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) in the back. That could be considered an indirect failure on Cyrus’ part, since Ryan didn’t die! Plus, Ryan is faking. That could come back to bite Cyrus in a big way in the future if he finds out Cyrus put out the hit! Compare Cyrus’ MOs with Peter’s. Peter also has a network of “associates”, probably “inherited” from his late father Cesar Faison (Anders Hove).

That network of associates was responsible for the disappearance and presumed death of Drew Cain, (Billy Miller) to cover up Peter’s involvement in kidnapping Drew out of Afghanistan to begin with, along with Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers), plus he was responsible for holding Jason in the Boronsky Clinic in Russia for five or so years until Ava Cassadine (Maura West) helped him escape. He also framed Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) for his crimes, although that is falling apart, Peter just doesn’t know it yet! It sounds like Cyrus and Peter teaming up would be a mob marriage made in heaven!

GH Spoilers Updates – Peter August And Cyrus Renault Could Do Each Other A Lot Of “Business” Favors

Peter and Cyrus could definitely do each other a lot of “business” favors if they were to team up. Peter is no Damian Spinelli, (Bradford Anderson), but he seems to be a lot more tech savvy than Cyrus. Cyrus can do internet searches pretty well, that is how he found out Laura Collins (Genie Francis) was his and Martin Grey’s (Michael E. Knight) half-sister and her rather turbulent past.

General Hospital spoilers will show Peter has access to DVX assassins, plus it is pretty plain to see from what has been going on with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that the WSB has once again been infiltrated by the bad guys.

General Hospital viewers will recall from several years ago that happened when Victor Cassadine (Thaao Penghis) had been head of the WSB before Frisco Jones (Jack Wagner) took the reins. However, considering Liesl has gotten into the management of their medical facility in Geneva, Switzerland it is doubtful that Frisco’s still the head honcho!

General Hospital recaps show Cyrus has access to drug manufacturers, drug running routes and lots of henchmen and warehouses, and he does have hit men as well. Peter and Cyrus working together would really give the good guys a lot of action trying to take them down!

      Peter needs to get on the road to redemption. He does not need to associate with Cyrus ever. He needs to do what he can to overcome this situation so that he can stay with Maxie and they can raise Lou, James, and Georgie. He and Anna need to continue to bond. Peter should team up with Jason and Britt to take down Cyrus and get him out of General Hospital as the Chairman of the Board. It is time to fix this situation with Peter instead of making it worse.
