General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, April 14 reveal that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) deal with a crisis. Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is caught red-handed by Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) seeks out Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) while tensions run high at the gym.

GH spoilers reveal that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) knows that Trina is innocent, and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is guilty. Wanting justice for her daughter, Carly turned to Sam for help. Carly wanted Sam to use her relationship with Dante to find out if there is anything she can find out about the case.

Initially, Sam wouldn’t betray Dante’s trust like that. However, she can’t resist temptation and takes the opportunity to look at the forensics report on Dante’s phone. Sam gets caught and this causes some problems in her relationship with Dante.

In Thursday’s episode, Josslyn will search for Trina. Right now, Trina is out on bail while awaiting trial. Josslyn isn’t just worried about exposing Trina and making the video go away. Josslyn still can’t believe that Trina could be convicted of a crime she never committed. Expect Josslyn to find Trina and the two have a conversation.

General Hospital spoilers for Thursday reveal that Josslyn and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) want the truth to come out before it’s too late. Cameron will end up having an unpleasant interaction with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez).

It is teased that Cameron isn’t thrilled to see Spencer. So, the two could exchange some harsh words. However, Spencer blurted out his plan and the real reason he’s still with Esme to Trina. Then, he ruined it by telling Trina she can’t blame Esme for everything that goes wrong in her life.

So, could Spencer tell Cameron the same thing? Will the college students all band together to expose the truth about Esme, or could it backfire?
