General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Will Damian Spinelli Survive?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) played an instrumental role in rescuing Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) from Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) and his men. And while it seemed as if Cyrus made a hasty retreat he was still lurking at the warehouse. A

nd unfortunately, Spinelli wasn’t able to retreat as quickly as Brando and his mother on General Hospital. He soon became Cyrus’s newest hostage. Since Brando and Gladys were currently out of his reach, Cyrus called Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and offered a trade. Carly was to bring Gladys back to Cyrus and he would free Spinelli. And Cyrus was out of patience, giving Carly only an hour to make the deal.

General Hospital Spoilers – Gladys Corbin Was Sent Right To Surgery!

Although Gladys and Brando did escape, Gladys was actually shot in the arm and needed immediate surgery. Carly needed a decay to fool Cyrus long enough to rescue Spinelli. To that end, she summoned Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Carly was relieved when Ava Jerome (Maura West) offered herself as a decoy.

Despite protests from her husband Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), General Hospital spoilers reveal Ava and Carly began to strategize. Spinelli had put himself in considerable danger to help Carly and Spinelli was Jason’s best friend so Carly knew that there was no other option but to save Spinelli. Carly arrived at the meeting place, while Ava stayed in the car waiting for Carly’s signal.

GH Spoilers – Will Nikolas Cassadine’s Recklessness Cost Damian Spinelli His Life?

Cyrus’ men found Nikolas lurking around and an angry Cyrus threatened to keep Spinelli and begin cutting off his fingers. Carly is waiting for Jason to arrive so she’s stalling as long as she can. But Cyrus is in no mood for games and if Gladys testifies that Cyrus paid her to lie to authorities about who she saw disposing of the gun that killed Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth).

Peter August (Wes Ramsey) was who she saw, but telling the authorities that it was actually Jason led to his being arrested and held without bail. According to General Hospital recaps and spoilers, Jason eventually escaped but the only way to get him exonerated is if Gladys is able to not only exonerate Jason but there would be evidence to arrest Cyrus for framing Jason. Normally, Cyrus would kill Spinelli without a second thought but silencing Gladys is more urgent at the moment.

General Hospital Spoilers – Will Jason Morgan Arrive In Time To Save The Day?

Although it seems as though Carly won’t be able to save Spinelli, she is merely stalling until Jason can arrive. Unlike Nikolas, Jason won’t be caught hiding in the shadows. She has no doubt that as long as Jason arrives, and Cyrus doesn’t realize that it actually Ava in the car, and not Gladys, then the odds are in her favor. Jason will certainly arrive in time and will no doubt pull off a daring rescue. But will he kill Cyrus if he gets the chance? While he is on the run for murder already, he may not want to make the case against him worse by taking Cyrus out.

GH Spoilers – Is Carly Corinthos Too Reckless To Run The Organization?
