General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) made an impulsive move when she jumped ship at Crimson for a position at Deception. But Maxie will bring a lot to the table. She has years of experience as Crimson’s Creative Director. In addition, Maxie has an enthusiasm that will likely be contagious. If Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) were enthusiastic before, Maxie’s presence will likely shoot them right over the top!

While working at Crimson, Maxie started from the ground and worked her way up from Assistant to Creative Director. By the time she left Crimson, there were times that she was practically running the company herself. She has the connections with models and photographers and other people that will help Deception’s relaunch a great success.

The only downside that might Maxie from giving it to her all is the name of Deception’s angel investor. Now that Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is involved, it may diminish Maxie’s enthusiasm. Valentin isn’t Maxie’s favorite person because of the way he treated Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), but even Maxie would have to admit Valentin is a great businessman.

But if Sasha, Maxie and Lucy can get past Valentin’s involvement, there is literally nothing the three of them can’t accomplish. Lucy will likely use the Nurses Ball to help jump-start the launch of Deception. Lucy has been the driving force behind the ball for ages and this will be a perfect time to raise money for HIV research but at the same time getting the Deception brand back in the minds of people.

One thing that Maxie will be able to bring to the table is her great organization skills. She should be able to keep Lucy focused while still planning the big relaunch. Sasha is new to the business world and she can learn a lot from watching Maxie. The three of them each bring something unique to the table, so the new Deception is sure to be a success unless Valentin has something up his sleeve.
