General Hospital News: Tristan Rogers Exits GH – Will Robert Be Back?

General Hospital (GH) news reveals Tristan Rogers who has portrayed the lovable WSB Agent Robert Scorpio since December 1980 has shared the news with an inquiring fan that he has exited Port Charles once again.

According to his response to the fan, Rogers says on August 18, 2018, “Shot my last show last Monday. Only Frank knows the future.” He goes on to admit that he didn’t get to shoot any scenes with soap icon and fan favorite, Genie Francis, who portrays Laura Webber Collins, because she hadn’t started by the time he was done his scenes. GH fans can only hope that Executive Producer Frank Valentini doesn’t hold out too long and keep his character, Robert Scorpio away for too long!

General Hospital sources tease that so many things could cause the WSB Agent’s exit at this point. He is deeply invested in finding ex-wife, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and her current lover, Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), who are being held captive.

Scorpio has enlisted the help of mob enforcer, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) on his latest mission. Jason feels obligated to help due to his deep connection to Robert and Anna’s daughter, Dr. Robin Scorpio Drake (Kimberly McCullough); but will the two find Anna and Finn on time?

GH spoilers reveal Anna is simply being kept alive so Finn will use his medical knowledge and work his magic to find a cure for the gravely ill Cassandra Pierce (Jessica Tuck), but what happens if he does cure her?

Meanwhile, Robert and Jason are getting closer to the truth with Scorpio literally attacking Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) demanding answers and his connection to all of this. Could Robert’s interference and the fact that he’s getting way to close to the truth, be the ultimate reason he’s leaving again?
