‘General Hospital’ Preview Video May 27: Gio Runs, Michael’s Next Move, Nina’s Desperation

General Hospital spoilers reveal a preview clip has been released for Tuesday, May 27, 2025. It shows Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) fleeing from the Quartermaine mansion.

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) turns to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) for help. Plus, what is Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) going to do next?

Michael Corinthos’ Next Move

Fans watched Michael stroll into the Nurses Ball and grab Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver). The little boy is all excited for a sleepover at Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright).

As everyone stood there with their jaws hanging open, Michael picked up his little boy and strolled out the door.

Afterward, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) try to follow Michael and Wiley. However, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) tells them that it wouldn’t be a good idea.

Nina Reeves’ Desperation

Over with Nina, she will turn to Sonny for help. Nina will try to get Michael’s father to stop him from taking the kids. However, Sonny likely will say that it’s between Michael and Willow.

Fans recall that when Sonny kept pushing Carly not to get overly involved, but she did anyway. So, Sonny might say let the chips fall where they may.

Sasha Gilmore Corbin Soothed

General Hospital spoilers for today’s episode reveal that Sasha has been edgy over being called to testify. Sasha freaked out that maybe Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) had learned that she’s pregnant with Michael’s baby. However, Sasha will be relieved to know that her secret is still safe.

Fans will also see Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) express his regret to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening). Gio will pack his bags and run out of the mansion.

When Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) runs after Gio, the young man gets angry. However, that is when Emma makes it clear that she’s not trying to stop Gio, she wants to go with him.

Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott) tells someone not to take another step. Is she stopping Gio from taking off? Meanwhile, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) blasts Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer).

Over with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), he will deal with the emotional bombshell of Gio being his son.

Then, we have Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup), who gets passionate with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).
