General Hospital' Recap Friday, February 28: Tempers Flare At Bobbie’s, Deception's Deal With The Devil, Sasha's Offer

General Hospital spoilers and recap for Friday, February 28 suggest heated encounters, shady deals, and an offer one character can’t refuse!

In case you missed today’s show, here is an overview! (Make sure to check out our next week GH spoilers, here!)

Corinthos Catch Up & Breakfast

Kristina Corinthos (Kate Mansi) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) stop in at Bobbie’s for breakfast. Kristina wants to make sure that he is looking for a house for himself and his kids.

Molly Lansing (Kristen Vanagas) and Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) are at a table nearby discussing how Molly is entering her chilled out and
unfazed era.

Meanwhile, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) walk through the door and peek to see who is inside of Bobbie’s.

Ric says they aren’t going to be run out of breakfast by people they don’t like, and he proceeds to walk over and greet his daughter, Molly, and his ex, Alexis.

Awkward & Explosive Encounters

General Hospital spoilers and recaps for Friday show indicate that Ava approached Sonny to confirm custody arrangements for their daughter, and she starts to tell Sonny about Avery’s dance recital costume, when Kristina interrupts.

She tells Ava it must be nice to see her daughter dance while she visits hers in the cemetery. Things escalate from there, as Ric jumps in to defend Ava and tell Kristina that she needs to see a therapist.

Kristina keeps ranting, Ric keeps firing off comments and then Sonny explodes. Alexis jumps in and gets Ric to go back to his table. After the
fight ends they realize that Molly has left.

Ric and Ava return to their table, and Ric explains the complicated situation with Alexis appearing to favor Kristina over Molly in every situation. His heart hurts watching Molly always look like an afterthought to her mother.

Friends Swoop In For The Save

Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa Luciero) visits Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) at work to ask a favor. She wants her to help rescue Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) from the Quartermaines. Olivia wants to give Sasha a job at the Metro Court and a room to stay in and Carly agrees.

Sasha is in the Quartermaine kitchen when Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) walks in. She tells him that his mother, Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson), is driving her nuts.

She is watching Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) be controlled and ripped apart by his family and she doesn’t want to deal with any of it.

Jason tells her that he is respecting her wishes of wanting to be a single mother but that he will always keep an eye on her in case she needs help.

He reminds her that help also means money. Sasha tells him that if she were conning him then she would gladly take him money because she would have worked for it.

But taking his money otherwise feels like charity and she hates that. She then leaves.

Apology Time

As the Friday, February episode goes on, Sasha returns to the kitchen a bit later to find Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) getting some coffee. He apologizes again for telling everyone that she’s pregnant and she says that she has accepted his apology.

They discuss the Quartermaines and Sasha says support is one thing but she won’t be controlled. She then leaves for a meeting at the
Metro Court.

Molly stops at the Quartermaines to pick up Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and sees Cody in the kitchen. She tells him a bit about her morning and that her parents can’t stand each other.

He interrupts to say that he knows that it hurts like hell to watch it play out. He tells her about bonding with his father and learning how families work.

Molly explains that she feels judged by both parents for loving the other one and not wanting to disappoint anyone. Cody and Molly clearly are connecting on complicated family dynamics.

Deception Is On The Menu At The Metro Court

Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) steps into an elevator and finds her ex-husband, Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) inside. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) gets on as well and they all get off together at the Metro Court.

Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) has called a Deception breakfast meeting and neither Natalia nor Maxie knows what’s up.

They sit with Lucy and find out that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) dropped the ball in getting a mineral ingredient from Finland.

The company sold it to Enchantment instead of Deception but Lucy knows a mineral supplier and looks at Jenz.

Jenz is at a nearby table with Jordan Ashford discussing various things, including the esplanade, when Lucy interrupts with a business opportunity. At the same time, back at their table Natalia tells Maxie that she has looked into Jenz and she thinks that he isn’t
someone they should get involved with.

Lucy and Jenz join the table to discuss his zincite. Lucy offers to pay more than Erica Kane is paying him for it and Jenz says that he would want 5% of Deception.

Maxie interrupts and says that she doesn’t think he is the prize that they need. A moment later, Sasha walks into the Metro Court and asks
why they are taking a meeting with Sidwell, informing them that he is the guy who kidnapped her and held her in a room with a bomb.

Carly backs up her story and they walk away and go to her office. Once they get there, Carly offers Sasha a change of scenery in the form of a job at the Metro Court.

Jenz starts with his usual defense of how that isn’t how he recalls the situation going and that he is facing no charges, so clearly, Sasha is mistaken. Lucy is ready to move forward with business with Jenz and so is a reluctant Natalia.

Friday, February 28

Sonny and Jason have a meeting to discuss Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) and Sidwell trying to take over the pier. Nothing is adding up.

They think Sidwell likely blew up his penthouse but if so he did it like an amateur which makes them question it. The main issue is security and finding a home that is safe for his daughters.

Over at the hospital, Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) asks Isaiah Gannon to release him from GH. Isaiah tells him that he can’t, because he isn’t his doctor.

Sticking around may not be such a bad idea either because this time around Lucky was halfway through deaths door. Kristina stops in to chat with Lucky and the topic quickly turns to Cyrus.

She says that if Jason killed him then she’s all for it. She has no faith in the justice system since it failed her by allowing Ava to go free.

She now believes that sometimes it’s okay to just take justice into your own hands. Lucky listens to her with a horrified look on his face.
