Britt’s Handsome Hookup

At the Brown Dog Bar, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) found herself captivated by an attractive stranger who graciously offered to buy her a drink. This came after she’d managed to distance herself from her GH coworkers.

When he suggested an evening of passion with no strings attached, they both embraced the idea of keeping their identities private, leading Britt to propose they adopt temporary aliases.

Jude (Wil Traval) visibly recoiled at her suggestions of “John” and “Jane,” instead choosing to call her “Stunner.”

After Britt confirmed he possessed genuine kissing skills, she affectionately christened him “Crackerjack.”

They then proceeded to leave the bar together.

As Britt’s mysterious new romance continues, viewers may soon discover whether Jude has more on his mind than a casual hookup.

Kai’s Romantic Shocker

Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) panicked when she found Quinn’s (Jequan Jackson) “sister’s” house romantically decorated, especially after he stopped her from leaving.

Kai then arrived at the rented Airbnb with pastries and champagne, revealing Quinn had been assisting with a surprise while he was delayed.

Trina felt relieved upon learning her earlier car trouble stemmed from Quinn sabotaging Kai’s spark plug on his behalf, so she forgave him.

After Quinn departed, Kai explained he wanted something special for his girlfriend, and they made love.

Later, they discussed cohabitation but decided against it.

Back at Trina and Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) apartment, mysterious roses arrived with an unsigned, unsettling note:

“Trina, Can’t wait until we’re finally face to face. I’m your biggest fan.”

After Trina’s earlier encounter with her mysterious admirer, this latest message makes it clear that her troubles are far from over.

Jason Saw Through Serena

At the Deception office, Serena desperately tried to pressure Jason into signing documents, claiming they were urgently needed and presenting them as a time-sensitive agreement.

However, Jason saw through her scheme and confronted her about her real objective: getting him to hand over Michael Corinthos’ (Rory Gibson) proxy without his knowledge.

When Jason warned he’d expose everything to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), Serena came clean about her mother’s true goal—regaining creative control of Deception rather than acquiring complete ownership.

Pleading with Jason to keep quiet, she convinced him to stay silent about her deceptive tactics, but with one crucial condition.

He would only keep quiet as long as nobody directly questioned him about the incident.

Sticky Situation

Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) visited Josslyn’s apartment to pressure her into selling him the piers.

He warned that Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears) and Avery Jerome-Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) would hold her responsible for forcing their father from town, potentially straining her relationship with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).

Valentin urged Joss to drop her vendetta against Sonny.

Josslyn refused, saying that while she valued her mother’s well-being, Carly had sacrificed too much for Sonny for her to back down.

Valentin made one final appeal for her mother’s sake before leaving.

As they opened the door, he and Josslyn spotted roses in the hallway meant for Trina.

After placing them on the coffee table, Joss contacted Hudson Parker (Troy Lennon Appel) to direct JJE toward Sonny’s next target property.

Anna Checked In On Sonny

Anna visited to check on Sonny’s well-being after Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) moved out of his house.

Sonny vented his exasperation about the widespread skepticism surrounding his innocence in Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) brutal attack, yet he conceded that their doubt made sense.

Anna shared a poignant recollection of her time confined within a psychiatric facility, recounting how the medical professionals there dismissed the circumstances that had triggered her psychological crisis.

Sonny expressed admiration for Anna’s remarkable journey back to stability, declaring that her resilience kindled a spark of optimism within him.

It was a glimmer of hope that he, too, might find his way through the darkness.

As Sonny’s frame-up continues to threaten his future, Anna’s encouragement may be exactly what he needs.

Carly And Lucas Hashed Things Out

After the hospital mixer concluded, Carly visited Lucas Jones’ (Van Hansis) apartment for a private conversation between siblings.

Lucas questioned whether Carly feared her relationship with Valentin might dissolve following Anna’s return to town.

Carly clarified that she supported Valentin’s decision to pursue therapy with Anna.

Though she desired to remain with him, she wouldn’t pursue another man.

If Valentin chose Anna, she’d accept it.

Lucas observed that Carly had regained her confidence since dating Valentin and urged her to fight for their relationship rather than nobly surrendering what they’d built over the Anna situation.

Annemarie’s Take

I think Kai’s romantic surprise was sweet, but that creepy note arriving afterward certainly ruined the mood! Trina deserves some happiness without constantly worrying about who’s watching her.

I’m also glad Jason didn’t fall for Serena’s little trick. Lucy may want control of Deception, but trying to fool Jason was never going to be easy.

As for Sonny, I liked seeing Anna offer him some encouragement when so many people have turned their backs on him.
