Laura Took Drunk Ezra Home To Sober Up
At the empty Brown Dog, Laura took out her phone when Ezra got aggressive with the bartender and recorded his rant about wanting to be mayor and the viper he had to work with.
When the bartender asked him to leave, Laura intervened and showed Ezra the video, saying it was a wake-up call for him to see how badly he’d acted.
Instead of calling Commissioner Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) to arrest Ezra, Laura took him to her place to sober up privately.
When Ezra said she should have left him alone because he was having fun, she replied that it seemed like he was drinking to forget; with a sigh, Ezra admitted that maybe he was.
He mentioned that he had told Laura to avoid Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and wished he had followed his own advice.
Ezra Crashed Out On Laura’s Couch
Next, Ezra told Laura that during Sidwell’s outburst about everyone failing him, their boss had exposed the truth behind the blackmail photos, and he didn’t want to be the next body Laura found in her trunk.
Ezra expressed his frustration about what Sidwell was forcing him to do and how it was changing him, realizing he was too deep to escape clean.
When Ezra said he was expendable now that Jenz had Laura, who was more important to him, Laura assured him she wouldn’t let Sidwell harm him.
She believed they could find a way out together, but Ezra was uncertain. While Laura made him coffee to plan, Ezra fell asleep on the couch, and she covered him with a blanket.

Dante Invited Danny And Rocco To Meet Him At The Batting Cages
Dante asked Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) to join him at the batting cages.
Rocco’s hurt hand and Danny’s reluctance to play without his dad made them hesitant, but they changed their minds when Dante mentioned wanting to have fun together.
Dante lifted Danny’s spirits by recalling their times at the cages with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and reminding him he still cared.
While Danny warmed up, Dante asked Rocco why he seemed so quiet. Rocco, unable to share the full truth with his dad, expressed concern for Danny, who lacked parental support.
Dante Tried To Comfort Rocco, And Then Danny Made Rocco Feel Guilty About Lying
Dante reminded Rocco that Danny had them to lean on-Rocco then admitted he had been avoiding Danny because he didn’t know what to say.
Dante urged him to be there for Danny as a brother, and Rocco apologized for not checking in, and Danny forgave him easily.
However, Rocco felt guilty again when Danny vented about not knowing what happened to his father and asked if Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) had told him anything about the pier incident.
Rocco admitted he hadn’t talked to Britt and struggled to meet Danny’s gaze when Danny assumed Rocco would inform him if Britt had said anything.
Josslyn Wanted Intel From Valentin
Josslyn arrived at Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) residence, declaring her intention to talk to Valentin.
The two women quickly fell into another argument regarding Josslyn’s career path and Carly’s concealment of an international fugitive, until Carly summoned Valentin downstairs.
Josslyn inquired about Cullum, emphasizing the necessity of collaboration if they hoped to take down the WSB director and bring Jason back home.
Stating that sharing information should be reciprocal, Valentin insisted on receiving updates from Josslyn before revealing his own insights.
This prompted her to explain how she learned that Cullum was a double agent collaborating with Sidwell.
Valentin Was Impressed
Valentin, impressed by Josslyn’s boldness, acknowledged that he now possessed evidence linking Britt, Cullum, Sidwell, and Faison in a conspiracy.
He then informed Josslyn that Cullum was the WSB’s foremost expert on Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) and if Josslyn’s claims were accurate, it would clarify why the bureau had struggled to dismantle Faison’s operation.
Carly interjected, recalling that when Cullum visited their home, he had mentioned Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) mission failure.
Valentin theorized that, given Josslyn’s information, Anna had gotten too close to uncovering a significant truth.
This led Cullum to eliminate her, and he would likely do the same to anyone else who posed a threat.

Carly Was Worried
Carly worried about her daughter’s safety and told Josslyn to stay out of it- Valentin agreed, saying Cullum would find out she lied and would take action.
Joss said the situation was too big for her to back down; Carly, wanting to change Josslyn’s mind, insisted her daughter was her top priority.
Josslyn replied she loved her mom but felt she had no choice because the risks were too high-then she left, leaving Carly fearful.
Carly shared her worry that Cullum could go after Josslyn if he found out she was an agent, and requested a shift in their plan from taking down Jack Brennan (Chris L. McKenna).
She suggested targeting Sidwell and Cullum, who were a bigger danger to Josslyn, and Valentin promised that nothing would happen to her or Josslyn while he was around.
Cassius Updated Sidwell
Cassius headed out to Wyndemere to inform Jenz that he was now the lead detective on the murder case of Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo).
Criticizing the PCPD for their lack of progress in making an arrest, Jenz expressed his desire for a competent detective to handle the investigation.
However, Cassius reassured him that he was surrounded by dedicated detectives working tirelessly on the case.
He then informed his superior that there was no evidence linking Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) or Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) to Marco’s murder.
He emphasized that Marco would have had to know and trust his killer to allow them close enough to stab him.

Cassius Persuaded Sidwell Sonny Wasn’t The Likely Murderer
Cassius succeeded in persuading Sidwell that Sonny was likely not the murderer.
When Cassius proposed that someone might have had a motive against Marco-possibly a jilted lover- Sidwell countered that only Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) fit that description, insisting he would never harm his son.
Cassius pointed out that there was a time gap that night when Lucas’s location was unaccounted for, but Sidwell dismissed it, stating that as a doctor, Lucas could have been anywhere.
Cassius also noted that the killer had taken Marco’s phone, leading Sidwell to realize that it might contain incriminating evidence.
Sidwell instructed Cassius to locate the murderer and, in the interim, discuss with Cullum the possibility of obtaining additional medication for Britt.
Jenz Had Food For Thought
As the meeting came to a close, Jenz inquired whether there was anything further that Cassius wished to talk about.
Cassius momentarily recalled Josslyn’s inquiries regarding Faison, yet he replied that there was nothing more to address, and subsequently departed.
After Cassius left, Jenz took a moment to ponder over his discussion with Cassius concerning Lucas, and he began to feel a sense of suspicion regarding the romantic partner of his deceased son.
It wasn’t a thought he seemed to relish, but it apparently made some sort of sense to Jenz.
Britt Visited Cullum In His Hospital Room
Britt visited Cullum at G.H., where he mocked her, grinning as he inquired if she had come to plead for her life.
She clarified that she had resolved matters with her brother and Sidwell and was back to focusing on the project, thus she needed her medication.
Before he consented to provide Britt with the drug, Cullum insisted on knowing who had actually shot him, pointing out that he had been facing Jason when the bullet struck.
He implied that someone else must have pulled the trigger; Britt recounted that when she regained consciousness after being knocked out, Cullum was lying on the ground, bleeding.
Jason claimed he was the one who shot him, and Cullum accused Britt of deceiving him and warned that he would continue to investigate.

Lucas Interrupted Britt’s Discussion With Cullum
Their discussion concluded when Lucas entered the room and instructed Britt to leave, stating that her presence was problematic since her boyfriend had shot the patient.
After Britt exited, Lucas informed Cullum that his recovery was progressing well. When the agent remarked that he owed Dr. Jones his life, Lucas replied that doctors aimed to save every life.
Later, Britt called Lucas to her office and scolded him for interrupting. Lucas countered that he was trying to keep her safe and insisted that she should not be alone with Cullum.
Britt And Lucas Continued To Talk, Lucas Stood His Ground
Britt then proposed that Lucas should steer clear of Cullum as well. She noted that if the agent was responsible for Marco’s death, he possessed Marco’s phone and was aware of Lucas’s involvement.
Accepting that there was no escape from the situation, Britt sighed, expressing that they had to endure and hope the WSB would reveal the truth about Cullum and Sidwell.
Lucas told her that he intended to be the one to take them down: Remaining at Wyndemere placed him in an ideal position to accomplish this. And since they had faith in him, they would never suspect a thing.
Cassius Checked In With Cullum
After leaving Spoon Island, Cassius went to see Cullum at G.H; he told him that Sidwell was acting strangely, starting with wanting the PCPD to arrest Sonny for Marco’s murder, despite no evidence.
Cassius mentioned he got Jenz off Sonny, but Jenz told him to find the real culprit-Cullum pretended to be casual and asked if there was another suspect.
Cassius said there wasn’t, but the killer was someone Marco knew; he then told the WSB agent they were out of Britt’s medication and needed him to call for more.
Cullum sarcastically replied that Britt could have her meds when she showed progress and reminded Cassius he could ruin his life just as easily as his sister’s.
Meanwhile, in the hallway, Josslyn approached Cullum’s room and hid when she saw “Nathan” come out.
