Emma Was Surprised
Meeting up with Emma at Bad Jen Café, Gio astonished his girlfriend by revealing that he was taking her to New York City the next morning.
He had received an invitation from his friend, Michael James Scott, the actor who portrays Genie in Aladdin on Broadway, to attend the show and enjoy a backstage tour.
When Gio shared that he had been friends with the actor since he had stepped in as a violinist in the musical’s orchestra, Emma was taken aback that her boyfriend had never mentioned it before.
Gio also expressed his desire to take Emma on an adventure around the city. But he admitted he wasn’t quite ready to visit his family in Bensonhurst.

Josslyn Asked Questions
As Josslyn was tidying up for the night at Bobbie’s, she remembered seeing “Nathan West” (Ryan Paevey) leaving Ross Cullum’s (Andrew Hawkes) hospital room.
When Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) came in to grab dessert, Joss took the chance to ask her cousin about Nathan.
She casually mentioned how sore she felt after working out with Nathan at the gym and how she worried she made things awkward by bringing up Cesar Faison (Anders Hove).
As the conversation shifted to Nathan’s family, Lulu revealed that Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) wanted a relationship with the woman who gave birth to him, which frightened her because everyone close to the doctor tends to get hurt.
What Lulu didn’t mention was that Rocco had shot Cullum to protect Britt and Jason.
Lulu Expressed Her Frustration About Rocco And Britt
Lulu expressed her frustration that Rocco always ignored her warnings about how dangerous Britt is and noted that Britt only cares about herself.
Joss wondered if Nathan could persuade Britt to stay away from Rocco, but Lulu shrugged, saying the siblings weren’t very close.
They had just started to bond when Faison shot Nathan, and they didn’t seem interested in spending time together now that Nathan was back in town.
Growing more suspicious, Joss was amazed at how easily Nathan was reintegrating into his life after being away for seven years. Lulu remarked “try four”, to which Josslyn apologized.

Nathan Updated Dante On Some Investigations
In Dante’s office, “Nathan” informed the acting commissioner that he had seen paint on the guardrail across from where Jordan and Curtis crashed, and he was arranging for forensics to test a sample.
Feeling relieved to have a lead, Dante told “Nathan” that acting D.A. Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) was adamant about finding and prosecuting the other driver.
They then moved on to discuss the investigation into Marco Rios’ (Adrian Anchondo) murder. “Nathan” confirmed that the victim’s cell phone was still unaccounted for, but phone records indicated that Marco hadn’t made any calls around the time of his death.
Additionally, since he had used an app that encrypted text messages, there were no records of those communications-Dante was convinced that the missing cell phone suggested Marco was aware of who his killer was.
Dante Got More Information About Jordan And Curtis’ Wreck
Dante then told “Nathan” that he didn’t need to wait for the forensics report on the vehicle, but “Nathan” replied that it was fine, as he just needed to make a call.
Dante reassured him that it was okay to mention Lulu’s name, and “Nathan” admitted that he had started to realize he had betrayed their friendship by getting involved with Dante’s ex-wife.
Dante insisted he was fine with “Nathan” dating Lulu-they would always be linked through Rocco, just as “Nathan” and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) would always be connected through James West (Gary James Fuller).
He had moved on after his marriage ended and didn’t want Lulu and “Nathan” to hide their feelings for him-when he kept pushing, Dante insisted he wanted “Nathan” and Lulu to be happy.
Soon after, “Nathan” got a call from forensics, and after hanging up, he told Dante there was an update about the paint on the guardrail.

Curtis Confronted Isaiah At The Hospital
At GH, Curtis confronted Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson), telling him to leave Jordan alone while she healed. In the Cardiac Care Center atrium, Jordan and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) had a heated exchange, with a frustrated Jordan telling Portia to stop pretending to care.
Portia admitted she didn’t like Jordan and they would never be friends, but insisted her sympathy was real and that Jordan should allow people, especially Curtis, to support her during her recovery.
Jordan maintained she was okay, and Portia urged her to set aside their mutual distrust since they would be involved in each other’s lives because of the baby.
Portia And Isaiah Updated Each Other
After Portia met with Isaiah, he shared how upset Curtis was about his visit to Jordan.
Portia worried that the fallout from the car accident might reverse the progress she and Curtis had made in uniting the family.
She decided to keep her distance from Jordan out of respect for what Curtis and Jordan were facing.
Then, Isaiah invited Portia to stay the night at his cabin; she asked if his private patient would require another visit, and he assured her that the patient was recovering.
Meanwhile, Curtis found Jordan in the atrium to check on her, despite her earlier request for space.

Curtis Received An Update About The Wreck As He Was Consoling Jordan
She asked him to stay and revealed that she felt insecure and hurt because of her facial injury, fearing she might never look like herself again.
When Curtis promised to support her, Jordan tearfully suggested he could leave their relationship if it became too hard, but he insisted they would overcome any challenges together.
After asking Curtis for a hug, Jordan broke down in his embrace; shortly after, Curtis received a call from Dante. He informed him that the PCPD had a lead on the vehicle that had fled the accident scene:
A paint sample from the guardrail matched a black German car. As he ended the call, Curtis realized that Isaiah drove a black SUV and suspected that Portia’s boyfriend could have been the other driver.

Rocco Confessed He Shot Cullum To Britt
In the chapel at General Hospital, Britt was shocked when Rocco revealed he shot Cullum. She felt touched that he followed her to Pier 55 that night out of concern.
Rocco explained how he saw her meet Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) from his hiding spot but couldn’t hear their conversation.
He was about to leave when Agent Cullum arrived-Rocco insisted Cullum didn’t see him and described how he saw the agent destroy the item Britt gave him and their struggle for the gun.
He apologized for not helping her when she fell, but Britt was glad he stayed hidden.

Rocco Continued His Recap Of The Shooting
Rocco continued, saying that just as Cullum was about to shoot her, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) arrived and they fought.
When Cullum knocked Jason down and pulled out a baton, Rocco realized Cullum would kill Jason first, then Britt. Seeing the gun nearby, Rocco picked it up and shot Cullum in the back.
He explained that’s how he hurt his hand since he had never used a gun before and was holding it incorrectly.
With this new information, Britt understood that when she woke up and saw Jason with the gun, he told her to say he shot Cullum to protect Rocco.

Britt Was Horrified Learning “Nathan” Had Covered The Crime Up
Britt felt terrible that Rocco was scared and kept it to himself; her horror grew when he said “Nathan” took him home and hid it, knowing he is really Cassius.
Rocco mentioned Lulu was the only other one who knew-frustrated, Rocco wanted to report Cullum, but Britt argued Cullum was untouchable.
She begged him not to tell anyone else, fearing Cullum would kill them if he found out, and promised to protect him and said she could handle herself, but Rocco still feared for her safety.
With a sad smile, Britt thanked him and told him goodnight; after Rocco left, a troubled Britt knew she had to cooperate with Sidwell and Cullum to keep Rocco safe.
She called to arrange the launch to Spoon Island, saying she had work to do.
