General Hospital Rumor: Anna Devane Brings Back Peter August’s Twin?

General Hospital spoilers tease that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will bring someone back with her when she returns to Port Charles and the General Hospital canvas. Will GH viewers find out Peter August (Wes Ramsey) has a twin, too?

General Hospital Spoilers – It Would Be No Surprise If Peter Has A Twin

It would be no surprise if Peter is revealed to have a twin; many perceptive General Hospital fans noted that when Peter supposedly returned to his evil alias of Heinrik Faison, at least in his actions, in recent episodes, that all of a sudden Peter, who previously had straight hair, all of a sudden had curly hair!

This may just be the choice of the actor, who has been seen with curly hair in other programs. But it certainly was interesting timing! Peter could even have had a female twin since Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) told Anna when she first asked him that she had a girl. But he could have just said that to throw her off the trail, since at that time he was trying to protect Peter.

However, if there were twins Valentin may not even know. He only retrieved Peter from the adoptive family and the twin could have been placed elsewhere, or at that time, could have even been intercepted by the evil Charlotte Devane (Samantha Eggar) who All My Children viewers may recall. She was responsible for Anna and her twin Alexandra Marick (Finola Hughes) being separated at birth, Charlotte taking Alex!

GH Spoilers – Twins Do Give Birth To Twins

Even though fathers are generally responsible for the twin gene, there is nothing in General Hospital history precluding Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) having had twins in his family. Anna herself of course is a twin so if she did indeed give birth to Peter, or even if Alex did, he could easily have a twin. This could prove interesting.

While Peter remembers his involvement in Drew Cain’s (Billy Miller) kidnapping out of Afghanistan for Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers), and he is certainly responsible for his more recent disappearance and plane crash, under duress by Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin), what if Peter himself and his twin were also in the twins memory transfer studies and there turned out to be a pair of Patients Seven and Eight?

Peter didn’t get struck with the blindness virus, but maybe there was a new and improved process after Drew was used in it and Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) wasn’t involved in it? Peter may not have been acting according to his own memories!

General Hospital Spoilers – Anna Devane May Bring Back Peter’s Twin

It’s possible that Anna may not only find out the truth that Peter is not her son, but her nephew, she may also bring back Peter’s long lost twin! That search could have extended her time away from Port Charles much longer than just trying to track down Alex so they could figure out whose memories were whose! Peter having a twin could give GH all kinds of storyline and backstory possibilities!
