General Hospital Rumor: Franco On The Hunt For Both Drew And The Truth?

General Hospital spoilers tease that once Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) gets his memories back and finds out what happened to Drew Cain (Billy Miller), he will be devastated; and once he reconciles with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and the boys, he will want to look for Drew and try to find him!

General Hospital Spoilers – No Body Was Ever Found – That Is Usually An Indication That A Soap Character Is Not Really Dead

General Hospital viewers will recall that no body was ever found and no personal effects. That is usually an indication that a soap character is not really dead, even if he has been declared dead by the Navy. Look at Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Look at Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma). Look back further and you’ll find both Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers)!

So that does leave the possibility that Drew may be alive somewhere, but possibly in captivity or recovery, as Nikolas said he was. Chances are, unless he was dead before the plane crashed, Drew, as a trained Navy Seal, would have been able to swim from the plane and surface on land somewhere!

GH Spoilers – Drew Cain In Franco Baldwin’s Body Saved Franco Baldwin’s Life When He Chose To Undergo The Memory Transfer Reversal

Drew, in Franco’s body, saved Franco’s life when he chose to undergo the memory transfer reversal procedure so Franco could have his life back, after Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) told him that Franco had saved his life when they were little kids. So of course Franco, when he hears that Drew has been presumed dead by the WSB and declared dead by the Navy, but that no body or personal effects were ever found, will want to go find him and bring him back alive if possible, but if not, at least to provide closure for himself and Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson).

If perchance the outcome of the memory transfer reversal leaves Franco with both his AND Drew’s memories, it will take some getting used to and will feel strange to Franco, but on the other hand, he will know something about the area Drew was headed for and will have Drew’s Navy Seal skills to find him if he is able to be found. He will know where Drew might go. This would be a huge asset! And Franco is no wimp – after all, he ran home after tangling with Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) and bleeding from a serious stab wound after exposing him!

General Hospital Spoilers – Elizabeth Baldwin May Put Up Some Resistance To Franco’s Plan

Elizabeth may put up some resistance to Franco’s plan; after all she wanted her Franco back and now that she has him, she’ll want him to stay put at home! She will argue that the Navy declared Drew dead and nothing more can be done. Franco will counter that Drew saved his life and if nothing was found of him, there is a chance that he may be alive, although recovering somewhere or captive and not able to contact anyone in Port Charles, and he will want to find him, whether he has any of Drew’s memories or not, although if he does, they will prove invaluable in finding him!
