Last week Carly found out that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) told Jason to leave and not come back. She doesn’t hate him, she hates his job and the danger it puts her and their family in.

Jason simply said, okay. And off he went on more dangerous biz with his boss Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

After finding out what happened, Carly called Jason and left a message that included an ‘I love you’ that drove fans to social media to speculate about the depth of passion in her voice.

Let’s face it, these two General Hospital characters have been circling around each other ever since that first game of pool.
