General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) surely has a few tricks up his sleeve. Although Sidwell took a plea deal that could mean spending 31 years or potentially the rest of his life behind bars, that doesn’t mean Pentonville will be able to contain him.
Since the show isn’t playing this up as some big exit announcement yet, there must be more to come in Sidwell’s GH storyline.
It’s rather suspicious that someone like Sidwell took a plea deal at all since he’s normally the kind of guy who fights to the bitter end.
Sidwell may already have a plan in place for a prison break that’ll unleash some chaos on Port Charles. This could give fugitive Sidwell a chance to go after revenge on multiple enemies, so let’s consider at least four potential targets.
1) Lucas
For starters, Sidwell will want Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) to pay for setting the trap that led to his initial arrest. Lucas’ history with Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) could add fuel to Sidwell’s vengeful fire since he partly blames Lucas for Marco’s demise.

If Sidwell makes a break for it, Lucas could be in grave danger. It’ll be interesting to see if Sidwell indeed targets Lucas with the goal of a fatal takedown.
2) Sonny
Of course, Sidwell’s feud with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may be revisited if Sidwell escapes. Marco previously wanted Sidwell to end Sonny for good as a way to get justice for Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue).
Sidwell promised Sonny’s downfall, so that’s a promise he may intend to keep! Between that and all the other drama that’s played out in their rivalry, Sidwell will have some great reasons to target Sonny if he steals his freedom back.
3) Laura

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is another one of Sidwell’s foes who could become a target if he makes a prison getaway. If Sidwell goes after Laura, that could mean going after Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and Ace Cassadine (Karis and Kiernan Barry), too.
Regardless, Laura has some mayhem in her future following her trip to Ireland, so stay tuned to see if Sidwell will be part of the turmoil.
4) Jordan
Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) betrayed Sidwell by divulging information that led to the discovery of his hideout and recapture.
Sidwell later offered Jordan a deal to fix her face in exchange for a favor, but she betrayed him again by turning it down.
Jordan could pay the price for those betrayals depending on how Sidwell’s potential escape storyline plays out, so don’t miss any bad news to come.
