General Hospital Spoilers – Cyrus Renault Looks For Damsels In Distress

Cyrus (Jeff Kober) certainly looks for damsels in distress – he made it a point to reach out to Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) and connect with her! A damsel in distress is pretty easy to get hooked on his particular brand of “comfort” and when someone is already in the throes of an addiction, as Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is – an alcoholic – it’s only a short step to something quicker and more deadly!

Alexis is definitely off her game, and she won’t have a clue that Cyrus is a drug lord. She has another addiction – an addiction to bad boys, so it may not even matter to her. As long as he can convince her he’s on the up and up and pay her lots of attention, she’ll bite! She will be in a very vulnerable position as by this time she is bound to have been informed that Julian Jerome (William DeVry) is missing and likely dead.

She will never admit it, but deep down she has a torch for Julian. That is why Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) didn’t kill him right away – he didn’t want to deal with the fallout from Alexis! Sam has tired of her antics and probably hasn’t warned her about Cyrus whatsoever. Alexis likely doesn’t know who he is.

GH Spoilers – GH Spoilers – Cyrus Renault May Draw Vulnerable Alexis In Like A Spider Into A Web

Cyrus may notice Alexis having drinks at the Metro Court. She’s not going to be at Charlie’s Pub, if it’s even open any more, and the Floating Rib is not an option. He will probably sit with her and talk. Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) won’t be there because they are lying low, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will be helping Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) with Rocco Falconeri (O’Neill Monahan). Alexis will be flattered at the attention. Cyrus may tell her she’s an attractive woman, and perhaps ask her to join him in his apartment for a meal or maybe at first, out on the Metro Court terrace. She may have enough wits about her not to go home with him right away. Cyrus has an alternate driver, Bart, and he may ask him to take them both to a nice place outside of Port Charles.

After all, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) is getting to be a little too much of a nice guy – he didn’t appreciate Brando helping Sasha, he wanted her to die from that overdose! Brando certainly would recognize Alexis, and she would recognize him! Cyrus does his homework and he probably already knows exactly who Alexis is and that she has a daughter with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) as well as with Julian! This nice guy flattery routine would likely be a targeted attack on one of Sonny’s extended family members, and Alexis won’t know what hit her!
