General Hospital Spoilers – Mob Violence Will Threaten The Corinthos Family And Port Charles In General

General Hospital viewers know that now that Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) survival and return to Port Charles has been confirmed, the news has gotten out to what’s left of the Five Families, and even to Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) who’s behind bars! General Hospital viewers will recall that Cyrus made a collect call to Sonny from within the confines of Flatlands Federal Prison, noting that the Five Families are noticeably missing a few members, with the death of Vincent Novak (Glenn Taranto) and Charles Buscema (Bart Tangredi).

They were blown up in a limo outside of Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) now invalid wedding, thanks to an assist from Nina Wu (Lydia Look). But the Corinthos territory still remains ripe for the picking as no one’s stepped up for the Buscema family, and Sonny’s enforcer is out of the country helping Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) look for her mother! The territory is wide open and everybody knows it! The five families are not recognizing Sonny as the head of the Corinthos family because even though he’s alive, Carly has to put through the paperwork to annul her marriage to Jason, and then remarry Sonny for them to recognize Sonny’s headship!

GH Spoilers – Cyrus Renault Has His Port Charles Network Intact

It appears obvious to General Hospital viewers that Cyrus’ own Port Charles network remains intact, since he was able to put out hits on his brother and half-sister, Attorney Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) and Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and they were forced into protective custody! In addition, Buscema had been working with Cyrus, and that resulted in Carly and Jason’s limo being sabotaged – only Nina Wu heard about it and made sure that it was Novak and Buscema’s limo instead!

Nina Wu has always been sympathetic to Sonny. With Joey Novak taking over his uncle’s organization, Port Charles will be in great danger and Sonny and his family and friends in particular. They’ll take full advantage of the situation of Jason’s absence and Sonny being in a state of flux as the recognized head of the Corinthos organization. Sonny just has gotten back to both himself and his home, and hasn’t delved into “the business” a whole lot just yet although he is proud of Carly for keeping it going while he was gone.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sonny Corinthos May Not Know Joey Novak

General Hospital viewers will remember that Joey came on the scene in Port Charles during the time Sonny was still in Nixon Falls, Pennsylvania with amnesia. Sonny may not know Joey when he sees him but he’ll see right away that the obnoxious Novak is a real tool! Jason may have warned Sonny about Joey, and that he made some pretty rude and lewd comments about Carly at Jason’s bachelor party, and even harassed and threatened Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Josslyn knew just what to do, too, and told who she needed to about the obnoxious Novak jerk’s approaches! If Joey is brash enough to come onto the Corinthos property he will be recognized, and even if Jason’s out of the country Sonny still has his other men to protect what’s his! General Hospital viewers can expect that Sonny and Port Charles in general will remain on high alert and on the lookout!
