ABC General Hospital spoilers and recap for Monday, November 23, 2020, reveals in Port Charles, NY Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) walks toward the Floating Rib as Julian Jerome (William DeVry) blows up the building.

Dante calls for help explaining the explosion and their need for help. People are laying all over the floor. Julian arrives and claims to have heard the explosion. Dante goes inside to look for survivors. Julian sees Danny Morgan’s (Porter Fascullo) hat and realizes he was inside. Julian (William DeVry) calls Cyrus and tells him that his grandson was in that building.

Franco Baldwin Needs Surgery To Survive

General Hospital’s Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) finds Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth). Liz calls out to Cameron Webber (William Lipton). Cameron gets to his feet and finds Dev Cerci (Ashton Arbab) who is non-responsive. Liz tries to keep Franco alert until help arrives. Cameron says Dev doesn’t look very good. Liz is trying to stop the bleeding on Franco. Hospital staff and emergency services arrive. Franco needs surgery and he doesn’t want it. Franco tells Liz she needs to let him go.

Carly Corinthos Checks On Sasha Gilmore

General Hospital’s Carly Corinthos asks Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) about Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson). Portia wishes she knew where Sasha got the drugs. Carly tells Portia they know who is responsible. Portia is grateful that Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) is being taken care of. Portia gets a call about the explosion at the Floating Rib. Carly arrives at the Floating Rib and finds Julian with Danny’s hat. Julian doesn’t know if Danny is ok.

Alexis Davis Reject The Intervention

General Hospital’s Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) moves to leave the intervention, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) tries to stop her. Molly Lansing Davis (Haley Pullos) convinces Alexis to stay. Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) speaks first. Diane talks about her and Alexis’s friendship through the years. Diane says Alexis makes up excuses not to see her. All Diane wants is her friend back. Alexis tells everyone they are acting like this is the end of the world. Diane announces there was an explosion at the Floating Rib.

Diane and Sam leave. Molly tries to cover for Sam. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) points out that Alexis should realize what she’s doing to her family. Sam and Diane arrive and Julian gives Sam Danny’s hat. Julian holds Sam as she cries. Valentin lets Alexis look for alcohol before convincing her to listen to his letter. Valentin reads his letter to Alexis. Alexis blames Jason for Danny being in danger.

Dustin Phillips Doesn’t Survive

General Hospital’s Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) looks for Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan). Dante finds Lulu and thinks she is ok. Lulu gets up and tries to go to Dustin. Paramedics get to Dustin and Lulu continues to scream for him. Dante walks Lulu outside. Laura Collins (Genie Frances) has to talk to the press. Dante takes Lulu to the hospital. Lulu starts to check on Dustin, Dante stops her. Lulu is upset that she can’t see Dustin. Dustin makes Dante promise to be there for Lulu. Dustin starts to crash. Dante tells Lulu that Dustin didn’t make it. Lulu is distraught. Dante tells Lulu that Dustin left the ring and that his last thoughts were about her.

Dev Cervi Thanks Sonny Corinthos and Dies

General Hospital’s Laura tells Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) that Cyrus is after her Laura explains what happened with David Hamilton (Jerry Ayres). Laura tells Sonny she was convicted of murder. Laura doesn’t understand why this is coming up now. Laura was hoping that Sonny could tell her why. Sonny has had his eye on Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) for a while. Sonny thinks Cyrus might want to control Laura with this. Laura gets a call about the Floating Rib. Carly calls Sonny as well.

Sonny and Laura arrive at the restaurant too. Laura tries to get to Lulu, Mac Scorpio (John J. York) stops her. Dev is brought out and Sonny rides with him. Dev thanks Sonny and asks him to tell Jocelyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) that he’s sorry before he dies. Mac wonders if this is his fault. Sonny is upset that he couldn’t save Dev. Carly tells Sonny that he gave Dev a home. Sonny has to let Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) know that Dev is dead. Laura tells Mac about Dev’s death.

Mac tells Laura the investigators are on the way. Sam alert Sonny to Jason and Danny being inside as well. Carly tries to reassure Sam because Jason will protect Danny. Julian has to tell Sam what he did. Sonny tells Diane about Dev. Sonny needs Diane to take care of the paperwork. Sonny says he will take care of Sam. Sonny promises to keep Diane updated. Sam has more important things to worry about right now. Sam walks off and leaves Julian. Sonny holds Sam as they wait. Jason walks up and tells Sam that Danny is at the Quartermaine’s.
