Fans love to debate the possibility of Peter being redeemed but some are convinced there is no saving this lost soul. If that’s the case, he’s got to go, so why not kick off a spectacular murder mystery while he’s at it?
General Hospital Spoilers – Is Peter August A Dead Man Walking?
There is no shortage of suspects so the PCPD will have their hands full if push comes to shove and someone does Peter in. Right now we are just speculating about the cad’s demise, but there have been characters bumped off for a lot less than Peter has pulled!
Who would be the prime suspect? Everyone’s fave assassin Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) of course. Killing isn’t just his hobby, it’s his job!
But just because he’s fingered, doesn’t mean he’s the one who did it.

GH Spoilers – Is Liz Webber A Killer?
Few have as much reason to take out Peter more than Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). He killed her husband Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth). Of course seeing Liz as a cold blooded killer is a bit far fetched, but she could always have an “accident.” Having her kill the man who killed Franco would be poetic justice.
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) also has motive as she wants to keep Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and her kids safe. Plus, Britt might have an incurable disease, so she could frame killing Peter as a heroic act, one she would not have to pay for if she has a terminal illness.

Maxie is a primary suspect because she was the one totally fooled by Peter. Everyone tried to warn the ersatz blonde, but she wasn’t having it. Well now she’s having Peter’s baby, and she could go into mama bear mode if provoked. If Maxie thinks that Peter is a threat to their child, would she hesitate to take him out of the picture?

There is a guy who could make a tragic mistake and murder Peter and that would be Cameron Webber (William Lipton). We know he’s leaving the show so will he go out with a bang?

I hope that they will put Peter on the road to redemption and not kill him. I want the situation with Peter, Drew, and Franco to be made right somehow. I would not want Maxie or Cameron to kill Peter because it would not be good for them. I hope that they will take Peter in a different and better direction for everyone involved. I want Wes Ramsey to stay on GH.
How can they redeem him?

I like Wes Ramsey…but GH made his character dispicable…..no redemption.
I believe there are a number of ways that Peter can be redeemed. He can save someone who is important life or do some other selfless task. He can give information to the WSB or law enforcement about Faison or the criminal underworld. He can establish a foundation to honor Franco and Drew in some way. He can make sure that Liz, the boys, Sam, and Scout have some sort of support in some way. He can help Robert to find and save Holly. He can turn on Cyrus and help to save General Hospital by getting Cyrus out as Chairman of the Board. He can start to live a law abiding life for Maxie and Lou. He can do what he can to make sure that his daughter does not need to be ashamed that Peter is her father. I believe that with a bit of creativity that the writers can redeem Peter for the ones he cares about.
Cyrus has already killed Dustin and Dev and he is still around. He would not be gone if he were to kill someone else. Peter needs to find a way to take down Cyrus. It would help him get on a better path.
I must agree with winnabow that I love Wes Ramsey but honestly GH make his character too dispicable with no redemption. The murder mystery started great but during the during the course of the mystery it will become too preditable. I know that the PCPD will arrested and charge the wrong person and it will be months or worst an whole year before we learn the real killer ID.
I like Peter and always hoped there would be a way for him to be a good guy and stay on, but with his latest antics I don’t see how. I’m thinking maybe Cameron could be the one to kill him since he’s supposedly leaving the show, or Cyrus or Valentin. It will be long and drawn out to find out who did it.
Ava is/was a mess, but no comparison to Cyrus.
I agree with you. If a murder who done it is going to occur, viewers can be sure who did the deed will not be revealed for months, or even a whole year. Heck, the Wiley Saga has gone on forever and is no where as interesting as a murder who done it. Viewers will just have to play the wait and see game which will be very annoying considering how long Peter has been up to his misdeeds and if he is killed, many months will pass before a resolution.
I hope cyrus kills peter and then we can get rid of him too!!! PERFECT!!!

I think Nina needs to leave PC in order for people to come to terms with what she did. Seeing her around town will only extend everyone’s contempt for her.
She needs to go into a mental health facility and get help for ALL het MANY issues.
