General Hospital spoilers and updates for Monday, September 16-Friday, September 20 tease anguish and arrests, taking the blame, and familiar faces.

The Davis girls are reeling as Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is arrested, while Kristina Corinthos (Kate Mansi) wants to take the blame.

Meanwhile, in Africa, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) spots a familiar face.

General Hospital Spoilers – Anguish And Arrests

This week’s preview video opens up with Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) quite upset as she tells Kristina that their mother Alexis has been arrested for John “Jagger” Cates’ (Adam J. Harrington) murder.

Molly is fuming and practically in tears. Meanwhile, at the PCPD, Alexis is in questioning.

Mac Scorpio (John J. York) brought her in himself, but it’s not his voice heard asking how the weapon came into her possession, it sounds like Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).

Regardless, she’ll grilled about the gun she threw over the bridge, so what will Alexis’s response be?

GH Spoilers: Taking The Blame

Across town, Kristina’s ‘Corinthos’ side of the family is supporting her, as Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) tells someone, “Kristina is not going to let her mother take the fall.”

As scenes shift within the preview video, Alexis is seen horrified and angry when Kristina tells her she is going to confess to the murder.

The gun that Alexis dumped off of Robin’s Bridge over Blackstone Canyon into the river was the one Kristina took from Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) gun safe.

However, it was not the actual murder weapon used in John Cates’ shooting.

After all, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) disposed of the gun, as per Sonny’s orders. If the police can find the gun that Alexis threw off the bridge, it could clear both Davis women.

General Hospital Spoilers: Familiar Faces

In the meantime, Jason has arrived in Africa with Anna, and they are at a large fancy party with a bar.

Anna is in a sparkly purple number with Jason in a white tuxedo, when Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) spots Anna.

He tells a very nervous looking Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) he’s never seen her before, referring to Anna.

Obviously Sidwell is not familiar with Jason either, and Jason tells Anna, “We need to make a move”.

Holly may not be familiar with Jason either, although she’s certainly familiar with Anna. The two women lock eyes as a timid sounding Holly says, “Excuse me”?

      When I saw Jason in that stupid, white,1970’s era high school prom costume I about puked! And to add insult to injury! They’re going to have him sleep that that old washed-up has been Anna! Good gawd! Just kill him off with Sam and put him out his misery.
