General Hospital Spoilers: Anna Forced To Arrest Someone For Cates’ Murder — Whodunnit?

General Hospital spoilers claim Police Commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is on a hunt for the person who killed FBI Special Agent John ‘Jagger’ Cates (Adam Harrington).

Although Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was the most likely suspect on the grounds at the Quartermaine mansion at the time that Jagger was shot, he’s going to have quite an interesting alibi as Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) fudges the truth about where Sonny was and what he was up to with her.

There were others at the Q mansion with motive that night. Just who is Anna going to be forced to arrest, even if it pains her to do it?

General Hospital Spoilers — Ric Lansing Points The Finger At Alexis Davis

Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) were out for an evening stroll and just happened upon Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) on the footbridge — tossing what appeared to be a gun into the waters below.

Then she did herself no favors by lying about what she was doing there and claiming she tossed her phone into the water.

When Ric learns that Cates was killed, he just may tell Anna what he knows about Alexis’ walk to the water that night. It wouldn’t be easy for Anna to arrest Alexis after she just got her bar license back.

GH Spoilers – Leak Kristina Corinthos Davis Looks Guiltier Than Ever

Of course, Alexis is unlikely to tell the authorities that she was just ditching the gun because she found it in Kristina Corinthos Davis’ (Kate Mansi) purse.

She had no idea it was Sonny’s gun, and she was completely in the dark about Cates’ death. But it won’t help her to say so if she becomes a suspect in his murder. Learning of his death is only going to make Alexis think Kristina killed him.

he may be willing to take the fall for her, but Kristina will probably confess to having stolen Sonny’s gun. Without an alibi to confirm she was at the cemetery alone, Kristina could be arrested for Cates’ murder.

General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny Corinthos Is Left In The Lurch

Sonny might be willing to let Alexis ride it out until Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) can prove it couldn’t have possibly been her who killed Cates, but it’s hard to fathom he’s going to let Kristina take the fall for him.

At the same time, without any evidence linking her to the crime, it’ll be harder to prove. He knows what kind of gun he used to kill Cates, and thus, he knows it wasn’t the gun Kristina had in her possession. But how is he going to account for it, and what happens if the gun Alexis tossed in the river is recovered and found to be Sonny’s missing firearm?
