General Hospital Spoilers: Billy Miller’s Last Air-Date Confirmed

General Hospital spoilers tease that what many General Hospital fans feared can now be confirmed: the Wednesday, August 21 scene of Drew Cain behind closing elevator doors at GH was Billy Miller’s last air-date!

Miller originally came to GH, taking over the part of a presumed dead Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) in 2014, after fan outcry for Jason to return and “JaSam” to continue. However, Steve Burton had taken a role on the CBS soap the Young and the Restless as war vet Dylan McAvoy, so the role of Jason had to be recast or Jason would have to remain dead or presumed dead.

Jason was found in stasis in a laboratory where Jerry Jacks (Sebastian Roche) and Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) had held Dr. Robin Scorpio-Drake (Kimberly McCullough). Robin was also  presumed dead after a lab explosion at General Hospital. She was being forced to develop a resurrection protocol to bring Helena’s favorite son Stavros Cassadine (Robert Kelker-Kelly) back to life.

General Hospital Spoilers – Real Jason Morgan Returned in 2017

Jerry Jacks also had a problem; polonium poisoning. She was also forced to create a cure for it, but gave it to Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) instead of Jerry. She came back to Port Charles but then left again, bound for Cassadine Island to rescue Jason. She managed to bring him back to life and the pair escaped but were separated. In the process, Jason reached Port Charles first and was run over by Ava Jerome (Maura West).

He survived, but had to have massive plastic surgery to fix his face, and his vocal cords were also damaged, which left him with a different face, voice, and amnesia! He remained “Jake Doe” until he started having flashback memories and eventually everyone including himself figured out he was Jason. This was partially because of Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) running his face through a reconstruction program and coming up with Jason’s face.

In 2017, the real Jason returned to Port Charles, having been helped by Ava Jerome to escape the Boronsky Clinic, a clinic in Russia where Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) had referred her for facial reconstruction surgery after a fire at her gallery in which she was severely burned. She felt compassion for a man who sat in a mask and was always silent, and whom she was warned not to communicate with and to stay away from. Of course, she didn’t, and helped him escape!

General Hospital Spoilers – Drew Cain On His Way Back To Afghanistan

She was hoping he was Nikolas Cassadine (most recently Nick Stabile) but no such luck. It was gradually discovered that Jason had a twin who was separated from him at birth, a former Navy Seal named Drew Cain who was also raised with Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) as a child for a few years as a toddler. This also explained Franco’s previous thinking he was related to Jason Morgan and the Quartermaines. They did turn out to be second cousins, through their mothers.

The story concludes with Franco having been implanted with Drew’s pre-2012 memories from a flash drive, with no way to get Franco’s memories back. From Franco and the real Drew talking about Franco’s Drew memories, Drew was able to get the dirty money made by Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) and another Seal, Charles “Tex” Owens.

And as the elevator doors closed, Drew was on his way to Afghanistan to take the dirty money to donate for charitable purposes. That was Billy’s last scene, although off screen he was going to divert to Andre Maddox’s (Anthony Montgomery) location to try to get help for Franco.

Yes I will! Wish he wasn’t leaving. He is such a great actor. Not sure if he left on his own or If GH let him go. If they did they were fools to do this.

Yes I’m Going To Miss “Billy Miller” On General Hospital As Drew Cain. “Billy Miller” As Drew Cain Please Come Back To General Hospital. I’m Still Going To Be Looking For “Billy Miller” As Drew Cain On General Hospital, Everyday Even Though “Billy Miller” As Drew Cain Is Gone. Maybe One Day “Billy Miller” As Drew Cain Will Surprise Everyone. When Those Same Elevator Doors Open Up “Billy Miller” As Drew Cain Will Step Out Of The Elevator That Would Be A Nice Surprise. There Will Be No One Else That Can Be Drew Cain Like “Billy Miller.”

I think he did great as actor play all parts great thought not happy writers he needed more showing, I hate he leaving, they need to hire him back with big bonus. Your bring Nell back I hate her before and a lot of us did. Billy bought a,new freshness and saved GH, others started seeing Franco finally as the good person. I might go too. I wish Billy the best he a great actor

I’ve pretty much stopped watching GH . Fans were telling them that they hate Shiloh, so the show puts him front & center. Poor use of major actors, bad writing and dragging storylines. And every time they can’t decide what to do they revive Helena from the dead. Now they dump Billy Miller. I’m out.

  • Guest

Yes. I feel as though a good friend has moved away. I enjoyed watching him in the afternoons on GH. He made the scenes better. I BELIEVE THIS IS A GREAT LOSS FOR GH.

  • Guest

    Yes

Billy was a fantastic actor. Sure would have liked for his story line to continue. He will be missed.

  • Guest

ABSOLUTELY!! These geniuses get rid of good actors like Billy and Dom and keep garbage character and drag stories out FOREVER!! They’re turning GH into the shiloh shitshow‼️Extremely Depressed

  • Guest

NO, FOR ME DREW WON’T B MISSED. THATS NOT TO SAY HE DIDN’T TURN OUT TO BE A GOOD GUY. I HATE THAT ALLOWED PETER TO GET MIXED UP WITH SHILOH WHEN IT SEEMED HE TURNED HIS LIFE AROUND TO EVERYONE EXCEPT SCORPIO. HE ALWAYS SAID HE HADN’T CHANGED & NOW WE SEE THAT THAT WAS TRUE. SOO SAD FOR MAXIE ESPECIALLY SINCE SHE OPENED HERSELF UP TO LOVE AGAN.

I love Billy Miller too. As well as Jason Morgan as a character. But I love Steve Burton. He is the original Jason Morgan for 30 years or whatever, so I could never say Billy Miller is the real Jason Morgan. That’s going a little too far I think. But I agree love Billy Miller and wish he would have stayed. Don’t know why he had to leave. This always happens. I loved the show with both Billy Miller and Steve Burton!

  • Guest

I got to agree with you. I still watch the show but I hate the stuff they do.

  • Guest

I agree with you. Would have been great to see a brotherly bond.
