General Hospital spoilers tease in a recent General Hospital leak that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will go to Greece in search of her missing mother, Dr. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati)!

General Hospital Spoilers – Liesl Obrecht Was Kidnapped On The Way To A Medical Conference That Proved To Be Fictitious

General Hospital viewers will remember that Liesl, along with her traveling companion and lover Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) was on the way to St. Lucia for a medical conference about Huntington’s Disease. General Hospital viewers will recall that Huntington’s Disease is the genetic disorder that Britt has inherited from her birth father, Cesar Faison (Anders Hove).

Liesl and Scott’s charter plane was commandeered by some goons, Scott was chucked out in a parachute and Liesl woke up in satin pajamas in a finely appointed bedroom! Viewers will recall that Scott landed near Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Nurse Elizabeth Webber’s (Rebecca Herbst) campsite. Liesl found out her ex-boyfriend Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) was not only alive, but jealous enough over her to kidnap her away from Scott! On top of that, the medical conference didn’t even exist – that had been a figment of Victor’s manipulations!

GH Spoilers – Anna Devane Found Out That The Conference Was Fictitious

General Hospital viewers will recall that it was Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) who found out that the conference was fictitious. She was investigating some new information on the Lethe Corporation, which was a common thread between the cases involving Drew Cain, (Cameron Mathison) and the murder of Naomi Dreyfus (Gigi Bermingham). Lethe Corporation was also found to be the parent company of Crichton-Clark, the clinic where Drew had been kept after the memory mapping experiment between him and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) didn’t work.

This was the one in Greece that Liesl once worked at. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) had also been there in the American location during the years she was in the coma, and was where Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) had worked. Victor Cassadine had also had some influence over the Crichton-Clark clinics during the years he was the head of the WSB.

General Hospital Spoilers – Britt Westbourne Is Aware Of The Greek Connection

General Hospital viewers can expect that Britt would be aware of the Greek connection in her mother’s past to Victor, even though he has commonly been presumed dead. However, many General Hospital viewers have suspected he was alive since Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) had used his name as an alias. When asked, Spencer said it was his great-uncle’s name, but never mentioned him as his late great-uncle and so he could have had knowledge that Victor is still alive.

Longtime General Hospital viewers will recall that Britt was once engaged to Spencer’s father, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) when Spencer was a little boy and Spencer and Britt became very close back then. Perhaps it will be Spencer who tells Britt that Victor is still alive, and that will be why she travels to Greece in search of her mother. There is a very good possibility that after Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) came to America that Victor came out of hiding and has established a home base on Cassadine Island, which of course is in Greece. Taking that clue, Britt will likely begin her search there.
