General Hospital Spoilers: Britt Shocked, Has A Surprise Reunion With A Grown-Up Spencer

General Hospital: Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) General Hospital spoilers tease that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will have a surprise reunion at the new Metro Court pool with a grown-up Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) in an upcoming episode of General Hospital!

General Hospital Spoilers – Britt Westbourne Lived With Nikolas Cassadine When Spencer Cassadine Was A Child

Longtime General Hospital viewers will remember that Britt was engaged to and lived with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) when Spencer was a small child. This was when she first came to Port Charles and was working at General Hospital as an OB/GYN. She was Lulu Spencer, then Lulu Falconeri’s (Emme Rylan) obstetrician and was working with her to try to help her conceive – it turned out that Lulu and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) needed a little help to have a baby. Britt set her sights on the handsome and presumably widowed Dr. Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson) and seduced him.

She wanted him to think that he impregnated her and she had herself implanted with one of Dante and Lulu’s embryos, which had been created in-vitro. At some point later, after Robin Scorpio-Drake (Kimberly McCullough) was revealed to be alive, Britt became acquainted with Nikolas Cassadine (then Tyler Christopher, now Marcus Coloma) and the two quickly became involved. Britt moved into Wyndemere Castle with Nikolas, which is how she and Spencer, a small child (then played by Nicolas J. Bechtel) became acquainted and they bonded. Nikolas and Britt nearly got married, but it broke apart when the baby she had, who she called “Baby Ben” was revealed to be Rocco Falconeri (O’Neill Monahan). Britt always looked out for Spencer and thought of him as a son and he in turn thought of her as a mother even after Nikolas kicked her to the curb.

GH Spoilers – Spencer Cassadine Will Always Have An Ally In Britt Westbourne

General Hospital viewers will recall how Britt tore into Nikolas when he revealed himself as alive after being presumed dead for five years, primarily because of how it hurt Spencer. General Hospital viewers will recall Spencer wasn’t too happy about it either, and didn’t want anything to do with Nikolas after he returned. Spencer didn’t care about the Cassadine legacy or fortune; he had only wanted his father. Spencer would have kept his father’s secret if he had let him in the loop, even as a child. He knew Nikolas and he were on the same page as far as trying to get the Cassadine businesses and legacy back from Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Gutsy little Spencer even tried to go up against Valentin to get it back himself! Spencer has been keeping himself a secret since he has been in Port Charles, and calling himself “Victor” to Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla). He likely named himself after his great uncle Victor Cassadine (Thaao Penghlis) who had at one time been the head of the WSB and involved with Britt’s mother, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).

Trina has been perturbed over “Victor’s” avoidance of Trina’s other friends, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) in particular. But that is because Spencer is trying to fly under the radar and lay low. He has had plans to break up his father’s marriage to Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and has been responsible for at least some of the stalking incidents if not all of them. It looks like “Victor” will make his way to the Metro Court pool on the rooftop of the Metro Court Hotel in an upcoming episode, perhaps to meet Trina, and perhaps not. But he and Britt will run into each other, and he will likely have to take Britt into his confidence to keep his presence a secret from his father, his grandmother and his friends at least. He will likely express his frustrations over his father’s marriage to Ava and Britt won’t have any problems at all with how he is going about things – it will serve Nikolas right for his son to be in town with no one knowing it!
