General Hospital spoilers suggest Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) have just announced their engagement to Chase’s family — who couldn’t have been more thrilled to welcome Brook Lynn into the fold. However, the Quartermaines are likely to react a smidgen differently, and both Brook Lynn and Chase are probably ready for that. Still, their engagement came at a time when Brook Lynn least expected it.

So it’s going to be a lot for her to process when she learns she is not only a bride-to-be, but a mom-to-be. How will she tell her new fiancé that there will be three of them at the end of the aisle as they move into their future together? No sweat. It’ll be much harder to break that news to her family.

Rumor has it she may suspect her granddaughter is pregnant and that is the reason for the alleged premature marriage plans.

Could Tracy’s kooky idea be what spurs Brook Lynn to check the calendar and start worrying that her granny might be onto something?

Either way, rumor has it she’s not going to have long to drool over wedding dresses before she starts worrying she won’t fit into it in a few months.

There may be no one more suited for fatherhood than Chase, and Brook Lynn knows it. She won’t have any fears about telling him she’s pregnant. Rather, she’s probably going to have more concerns about what kind of mother she will turn out to be.

Sure, she and Chase played house for a bit with Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) baby, and that made him realize how he really felt about Brook Lynn.

Further, it made her realize how much she truly did want to be a mother. But faced with the reality of it actually happening, Brook Lynn is likely to panic.

General Hospital Spoilers — A Good Role Model

Of course, Brook Lynn’s mother, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer), won’t expect her daughter to have such trepidation about being a good mother.

The two of them were thick as thieves and Brook Lynn spent much more time with her mom than her dad when she was growing up.

How could possibly worry that she won’t be good at it? It’s simple; she thinks she’s a bit more Quartermaine than Cerullo.

Working out those anxieties won’t come quick enough for Brook Lynn, but we’re hopeful a bun in her oven will keep Grandma Lois around much longer than planned.
