General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) have been trying unsuccessfully to have a child. When this happens on soaps it usually leads to a dramatic storyline with complications galore.

Some fans are convinced that BLQ’s past has caused her issue in the present day. For one thing, savvy fans have noticed that the show is revisiting Brook Lynn and Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) past, in particular the heretofore unknown story about them having a summer camp fling which Cody Bell (Josh Swickard) knows about.

It’s news to us, but the sudden insertion of a BLQ and Dante passion play taps into the idea that she maybe got pregnant, hid the news, and gave the baby up for adoption.

Fans certain that this is the case point to Bensonhurst native Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) as the likely outcome of Brook Lynn and Dante’s romance all those years ago.

Additionally, a clue dropped in the December 17 episode was noticed by fans who think it points to a Brante baby drama.

In this episode, Maxie Jones (Kristen Storms) spoke to BLQ about her son James West’s (Gary James Fuller) traumatic birth. It was clear that Brook Lynn was very affected and Maxie asked if she had upset her. That’s when BLQ opened up about her pregnancy drama.

It’s easy to imagine young Brook Lynn having a traumatic delivery of her own all those years ago, at the very least the plot has lots of dramatic possibilities.
