General Hospital spoilers and updates reveal in Port Charles, NY Cameron Webber (William Lipton) loves his family. He is the son of Elizabeth Webber Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Zander Smith (Chad Brannon). Cameron has a step father Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) and a grandfather by marriage Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner). He has two brothers Aiden Spencer (Jason David) and Jake Spencer (Hudson West). He loves them and does what he can to set a good example for them. Cameron and his family found out that Franco was sick with a cancerous brain tumor.

Recently Cameron wanted to show his little brothers that they did not have to be worried that Franco had cancer and would lose his hair. He shaved his hair off so that Jake and Aiden would not be afraid. It was a noble act of a good big brother. However Cameron has lost Franco suddenly. Franco was fatally shot by Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Cameron is devastated by the loss. He had hoped that Franco would be able to recover from his brain tumor. Now Cameron is going to need to have the support of his two closest friends to help him deal with his loss.

General Hospital Spoilers  – Trina Robinson

Cameron and Trina Robinson (Sidney Makayla) are good friends. They have been through a lot together. Trina and Cameron were going to go to a school dance together when they were kidnapped. Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) was trying to get to Trina’s father Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) through Trina. Taggert, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) saved Cameron and Trina. However Taggert was thought to have died. Trina was devastated and turned to Cameron for support. Trina and Cameron started to get close because of the experience. They thought that they might want a relationship but decided against it. Trina found out later that Taggert was not dead. She was happy that her father was alive but was upset with him because he faked his death. Cameron had been helping Trina with her situation with her father. Now Trina will need to be the one to help Cameron. Could Cameron and Trina get close again?

Cameron and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) have known each other for most of their lives. They have seen each other through many difficult times. Joss understood what it meant to Cameron when he found out that Franco had a cancerous brain tumor as well. Joss had to watch as Oscar lost his battle with cancer. She knew that Cameron might lose Franco the way that she lost Oscar. She was ready to help Cameron to deal with the loss of Franco. Joss has been dealing with the loss of her step father Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). She and the rest of the Corinthos family believe that Sonny died from falling from a bridge into the cold waters of New Jersey. Cameron had been helping Joss with her loss. Now it will be Joss and Cameron will be dealing the loss of their step fathers. Can Joss help Cameron with the pain of losing Franco? Will it bring them together as couple?
