General Hospital Spoilers: Carly Grows Suspicious Of Michael's New Flame SashaGeneral Hospital spoilers tease that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will meet her new boyfriend Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) mother, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) this week on General Hospital; and it may not be a case of son bringing girlfriend home to Mama, but a case of helicopter mom who can quickly turn into Mama Bear at a moment’s notice wanting to check her out!

As General Hospital viewers know, Carly can be a meddler. Michael is plenty old enough to decide who he wants to date, and who he may eventually want to marry as well, but Carly also knows that Michael’s had a string of bad luck and bad girlfriends pretty much his whole life. She probably just wants to check Sasha out and make sure she’s not another Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) ready to ruin her son’s life! But how far will Carly go to make sure Sasha is safe for Michael?

Sasha seems to have a conscience, unlike Nelle, even though she is playing a part that could end in disaster were she to be found out. She hates playing Nina Reeves’ (Michelle Stafford) daughter, because she really had formed a bond with her “mother” and she likes her.

She, like Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) and his fears about Wiley Cooper Jones, who is really Jonah Corinthos,(Eric and Theodore) Michael and Nelle’s child, is in constant fear that somehow the truth will come out with disastrous consequences!

She’s even come close to telling Nina the truth but has gotten interrupted every time she’s tried! That is a good thing; and if she confides the truth at least to Michael, that will prevent a horrendous fallout between them if the truth does come out, and Michael probably won’t want to get involved with tattling on Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) about anything!

But if Carly gets involved, she might have a private investigator such as Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) to do a background check on Sasha, and that could bring up some surprises! Carly and Nina aren’t exactly buddy-buddy but you can bet she’d tell Nina and Michael both about Sasha’s lies, not realizing that Valentin was behind the whole thing! That could mean trouble for Valentin, Carly, Michael, and Sasha!

      Michael has always picked women who needed to be rescued. Give him one who is whole, upfront and honest. He has already slept with her, and he knows nothing about her. Plus, she doesn’t seem like the step mommie type.
